The Elder & Disability Law Firm staff of Victoria L Collier is very nice. They offered a free HCPOA Day May 18th it was free. I took advantage of it with me getting older I want to have everything in place so my children will not have to try and figure things out. I would highly recommend. Ms. Raines sets the atmosphere in the office because she is the first person you meet in the office.
When dealing with estate planning, wills, and the "what if" situations of life, you want someone that is very knowledgable. But beyond that you want to work with someone that takes the time to assess your individual needs. Victor Collier and her staff are very professional and knowledgable. They also show compassion and sincere concern for your individual needs.. Follow up is provided and you feel that you are a valued client.
As tough as the decision was, it finally became clear that my grandmother needed nursing home care. Victoria and her staff walked with me from start to finish. While the entire staff was great, Sherry Postell's personal attention was particularly exceptional. From placement in a skilled nursing facility, to deciding what to do with the house and other assets, to obtaining Medicaid approval, I found the team to be very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate.
