Fun fare and drinks. The Skull Splitter was a wonderful full hearted ale with a tiny fruit flavor at the beginning and finishing with a spicy note.

Had all the men in my family out for a drink. The staff were very accommodating for such a large group. Also, one of the only places to serve Dark Isle in the area!

If you want good brunch you can't go wrong here. The Bubble & Squeak on the menu is very good!

This is undoubtedly one of my favorite restaurants in the city, and it is run by a team of great people. Really tasty food, unique drink list including scotch and Scottish beers. Intimate live music on certain nights.

Went there for open mic night. Hosted by Curtis Killian. All the musicians were worth hearing. A couple duets with Curtis and Claire Whall. They serve a lot of scotches you've probably never tried. A lovely evening out.

I love this little pub in JP. The food is surprisingly excellent. The fish dinner is giant with a side of yummy minty peas. And their beer and cider selection is any Western European mutt descendant's dream

Scottish egg is not that good, especially for 9 bucks. Kind of dry on the outside. Entrees are better. Beer was flat and not cold. Service poor. Ambiance was pretty amazing however, feels like you are in Scotland. Nice place to grab a bite with your friends.

Brunch, lunch or dinner! I’ve visited The Haven 3 times since coming for brunch in June and I’ve enjoyed every meal. It’s a quaint Scottish pub with a warm welcome and friendly vibe. Definitely make reservations as they get booked up, but we have walked in on weekday lunches and it’s fine. I’ve even brought a client here and he raved about the lunch and has brought people there too. I love the food! From the cheese boards, burgers, the amazing BLT...it’s all good. Something for everyone...salads, quiche at brunch, then the Scottish fare - scotch eggs, shepherds pie, fish and chips...I’m not a haggis person but have been told it’s good! And don’t skip dessert! Great beer, wine and whiskey list too. Street metered parking and very reasonably priced. They have live music and different events so check the schedule.
