This B&B was exceptional and made our stay in Nashville even better. The house is beautiful, big and very clean. The hosts were very nice people, always trying to help but also giving us intimacy. We really felt like at home, except for the fact that they cooked breakfast for us of course. The breakfasts were excellent, cooked in southern fashion. We could not have hoped for a better place. We will recommend it to anybody we know that goes to Nashville.

So glad we stayed here! The hosts are funny and inviting, the breakfast is filling and very Southern, and the rooms are homey, spacious and comfortable. The communal eating area has enough seating options that whether you're feeling super introverted or chatty and social, you'll be comfortable dining. The home is located in a gorgeous neighborhood a short Lyft ride away from everything. Would absolutely stay here again over a hotel. True Southern hospitality.

Chris and Shy are great host ! They made our bachelor party experience in Nashville amazing! Breakfast far exceeded our expectations and was the best food we ate while visiting. Highly recommend staying here. Such a great time !

This is a well appointed guest house located in a safe, quiet neighborhood a short drive from downtown Nashville. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable.The hosts made our stay exceptional. They are very friendly and accommodating and happy to offer suggestions on where to go in Nashville. Snacks and water are available in the common area and the breakfast..wow! It was a delicious home cooked buffet of southern cuisine. An added plus for us was that the hosts brought their dogs out onto the patio so we could spend time with them. Would recommend staying here.

What a lucky find! We stayed two nights (May 7&8). Booking was easy. Chris and Shy welcomed us in gracious and warming way. Breakfast was amazing and their recommendations for activities were perfect. Great hosts, a fabulous complement with a great city. Really, thank you guys.

The Nash Guest House is a gem, located just a few minutes from downtown Nashville. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible. The house, better described as a sprawling compound, is located on a quiet, tree-lined street. Set back from the road, the house features an eclectic mix of progressive modernism and old Southern charm. Artwork and decor will grab your attention and start conversation. Our two hosts could not have been more welcoming. They offered tips on a few hot spots and seemed genuinely invested in the community. We stayed in the Presidential Suite... a huge, private space with a full bath including shower and a kitchen with full - size refrigerator. Plenty of towels and amenities... spotless, clean and well - maintained. Two large screen tvs. It even had a private loft that was a fun, spacious gathering spot for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast included a spread of country favorites... don't miss the bacon-fried rice, chicken & waffles with real maple syrup and fresh whipped cream, and hot biscuits... all prepared in abundance and with the quality of a high-end restaurant. Indulge!!! Really cannot say enough nice things... they made our trip to see our son even more memorable. Can't wait to go back.

House was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Neighborhood was really nice. Walking distance to some excellent bars and restaurants. Hosts were fantastic and breakfast was amazing! Definitely a very good value. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Nashville.
