Process was smooth and good collection of items available for rental at an affordable price. On the day or pickup and drop off, you can drive thru and helpers will help you to load and unload.
I've used this place frequently over the last four years and have found them to be professional and very easy to work with.
Awful customer service. They did not even bother listening to what I was saying. They brushed me away and smirked at me without even a hello. Very rude and disrespectful.
I LOVE this place!!! They were extremely helpful! They saved our surprise venue even though it was my mistake 😲😬 I highly recommend and will definitely use them again!
I have used The Rental Place for at least 10 years. They are the best and when my daughter got married they were incredible. John and Liz will go out of there way to help you stick to your event budget! I once drug a UHaul all the way to Kansas and back so I could use their stuff.....WHY?......because I am never surprised by the quality and their helpfulness.
We’ve enjoyed The Rental Place for over 8 years now. Always accommodating. But plan early. They are awesome!! Great service!
