Nice environment, nice show... slow and unpleasant service. 15 min wait for a shot of vodka! Server did not know how to attend table promptly and provide the drinks timely. Most of the time she had to be reminded more than once that drink orders were placed. She seemed bothered when reminded and did not seem to care about checking in to make sure table was okay. However, towards closing time she was very insistent on cleaning the table and getting us out. She didn’t even offer dessert. Perhaps a different server would provide a better experience, who knows? Our table was there before the rush yet somehow everyone else after us got faster service. Smh. Food was Just OK, nothing out of this world. Overall disappointing experience. There’s other tiki places out there- try those first.

Great atmosphere and amazing drinks!! Everyone in our party really enjoyed the Saturday dinner show. We truly felt like we were in Hawaii, fun and informative. On the down side the food was average and there really wasn't enough considering it was served family style and there were 4 of us. Service could have been better too.

Very small inside. For $26 a head this food was worth about $7. Only tried a piece of mahi mahi and the rice and cabbage.. like another review said something you could find in a school or prison. For my party of ten we definitely didn’t get served enough food. The three performers were very good. Staff was fine. The MC was entertaining and it is an audience involved show. Overall I think for a young person this would be great but I don’t really see the value here

My family came here to have a going away party for my son. I was worried that I would be feeling mopey and sad, but I don't think it's possible to feel sad here. The staff were so warm and welcoming. The drinks and decor were a lot of fun. The food offered something for everyone. The show was great: interactive, informative, and entertaining. I'm very grateful to Tiki Terrace for helping to give my son a proper and happy aloha 😊😊

We were there first and got served last. A charter busload group of adults that arrived received priority . We purchased the per person top tiered package. When the show was over, our sever brought out our check and forgot our dessert which was included in our package. Our dessert was served after I pointed out we had not received yet even though the show was over and people were leaving.

We went here on a Friday. The place should have been full with the kind of service and food they're offering. The MC and the girls were great, and performance was an experience (haven't seen one in my lifetime). I don't want to spoil the experience with this review. But I highly recommend this place. Will definitely go back.

1st to arrive for a reservation, last to be served. Had to eat in the dark after all others had been served before the show. Then had to ask for our dessert after given the bill. The staff gave ALL their attention to a group of bus passengers of older people and none to paying customers, and it was my 69th birthday! Tip was included in the price so one couldn't even show displeasure with small tip. NEVER AGAIN, THIS PLACE SUCKS!

This place offers first-rate service as well as enjoyable meals. One of my favourite places in the area. The food came out quickly and the prices are fair. I recommend this place.

The food was absolute garbage. We ordered the chicken coconut, pulled pork, egg rolls, mahi and rice. The pork needless to say tasted and smelled like the meat from a pig dissection in biology class. The egg rolls were like something you could get at Dollar general. The rice tasted like something you'd get at prison or a school cafeteria. Only the chicken was alright, but still wasn't great. For the $150 price range we spent for a family of 6 we should've gotten a Disney World type of experience. On the other hand, the show was memorable, fun and interactive, but for the huge amount of money we spent, it was NOT worth it. I spent my 21st birthday here today. The MC called the people up who were having a celebration of some sort to do activities. Props to the experienced dancers as well as the MC for making this experience memorable, aside from the horrendous food. We won't be coming here again until the price loses some digits.

Really neat place...It may look like a hole in the wall from the outside, but don't let that deter you, inside it's gorgeous! The show was interesting, and if you tell them it's your birthday, you might get to go onstage, like I did. Food was also delicious. If you can, I recommend the entree package, cause you get to try a bunch of different things; coconut chicken was my favorite, and without the sampling, I never would have had it. Service was super friendly too, and quick. Definitely a place to check out again if you are looking for something new to do!
