Someone from this company calls me just about every day under the guise that a friend of mine thought I would want a suit and told them to call me. I called the friend in question who said he never asked them to call me. Well, I have now blocked them on my office line as a result. Sorry, but I will call you when I want a suit, not the other way around.
Great product and service.
Another one for the "They got my info from a friend's linkedin and pretended they were referred". not a fan of this kind of business practice.
Seems to have stolen my contact info from social media and are now emailing me regularly for "5 minutes" to show me their new clothing line
Grossly over priced and customer service is terrible. Nearly all my items had to be re tailored, after being "tailored" specifically for me. My wife had the same experience. It takes weeks to het he items you purchased and post sale, the rep never seems to have time to deliver your items, she ends up just mailing them to you. Don't waste your hard earned money.
Someone from Tom James called me after hours after hacking a colleague's Linked In profile, then claiming he recommended me. Speaks poorly for a 'bespoke' identity.
I personally wasn't impressed with Tom James' clothing line. The custom tailored shirts I received fit just as good if not worse than others I own at twice the price (I choose the executive line which is their middle quality line). But the worse part is their relentless sales tactics. Expect them to bother you constantly with pressure to continue ordering clothes. Including contacting anyone from your social media or LinkedIn contacts that they can get referencing you as a customer as if you're advocating for them. Stay away!
After ordering 2 custom shirts from the company the sales rep convinced me to let her order a shirt and a pair of jeans for me to try on when my shirts came in, I resisted but ended up giving in to the idea. She then charged my card 50% of the cost of both the shirts and extra items with the idea that I didn't have to buy them, I again went along with the idea. When the rep showed up to give me my shirts she had forgotten to bring the extra shirt and jeans and said that she would send them to me, I refused and said I did not want them. She proceeded to charge me for the remaining amount of both shirts and extras unbeknownst. It has taken me multiple calls and emails to get the charges removed which they finally did however not one returned call or email reply. Not sure how they have been in business 50 years with the lack of customer service!!
Have been a client for over 5 years now and very happy with the service and product. Have enjoyed the relationship with my rep as well.
My guy Matty Ice has been having me dressed for success ever since we started our relationship. Also, the selection is endless..... every flavor for every taste in fashion. 5 Stars
