Awesome! For several years I had an amazing, caring service guy Walter and was very sad when he left for a career change. Hesitant to go back I did and they gave me Jeff. Great and helpful vibes, just like Walter. I love this service dept so much that I travel 25 miles, passing another dealership because of how they take care of me and my Camry girl! Best guys around!

Had a great service experience today getting my new (to me!) car's windows tinted. We made an appointment with Manny and he made sure everything was in order and ready when I got there! There is a very comfortable lounge with a snack area and a small Toyota shopped. I decided to stay and work from the dealership and there were many comfortable places to set up my laptop and work! Manny came to find me when the car was done and they even put it through the car wash for me! Highly recommend them for service. Thanks Manny!!!

I arrived at 7:40am for my 8am appt. a big shout out to Lorenzo for courteous, thorough and speedy customer service. My only complaint is that the driver had already left to transport customers by the time I had finished paperwork... but I left the dealership with my car at 9am on the dot, and because I was in a hurry, I was told to come back for a free car wash/interior vacuum/tire shine any time. I recommend getting there earlier if you need to get to work.

It was easy to make a service appointment over the phone on the same day. The requested service was efficient followed by the detailed recommendations, supported by the parts images. It would be great to receive info on current specials at the time of the service

Bonnie is awesome!! She is very knowledgeable and works with you to find the perfect vehicle. She test drive about 4 cars with me till I narrowed down to the right one. She is good and quick and my purchase was fast and easy. The customer service at the dealership is wonderful and they make you feel welcomed and not an inconvenience.

From start to finish it was a great experience. My Service Manager named Karl S. was super friendly, easy to talk to and understood what I needed done on my car. I did not know that it was standard for your car to be washed and the inside of the car to be vacuumed. This was a huge plus. While I had my car washed my car antenna was damaged. Karl immediately took it upon himself to make it right. I am looking forward to a call so they can fix it. Thank you!

The best service experience I've ever had at any dealer from the moment I pulled in to when I left. My service rep, Lorenzo, was very helpful and the waiting area is open, comfortable and has expected amenities as well as more than I've experienced elsewhere. I recommend Toyota at Deerfield Beach for their services at every level. My car gets a free oil change and a.car wash every 5K miles. Their service is exceptionally good. Their staff is very customer oriented. Their waiting lounge is large and comfortable. Its always a pleasure to visit this location.

I usually wait a while & have to check in with the rep to see how much longer the wait will be. This time I honest don’t know how long the wait was. What I do remember is that I was on hour 3 & when I went to inquire about the time. I was told my car had been finished for a while. So to sum this up it would have been nice to have been notified that my car was ready. On a good note they person who washed the car & vacuumed the inside did a great job!
