Not super well organized, low attendance, message is good, though.

I attended here for a couple of years. I love pastor Jack and most everyone here, But my last experience had me leaving in tears and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. A man named Mike who works there pulled me a side and said that someone had writen a nastey note saying that I made the entire sancuary smell like cig smoke even though I hadn't smoked before going in, he said that there was no way to tell if it had come from me but he still wanted to bring it to my attention. I felt this was out of line and to top it all off Pastor Jack told my friend and I that while visiting back home we could park the van and trailer in the back parking lot if we needed somewhere to park it so we did and mike told my friend he had to move it off the property completely then told me he said as long as it was in the front it was fine, I felt very judged and extremely unwelcome in a church I so closely held to my heart. I felt like they were a family to me until that last day. I felt so humiliated and singled out and it tore my heart out of my chest. Yes I am a sensitive person but anyone who knows me knows this about me. I don't feel like I was overly sensitive in this case either. Since when is it okay to tell someone that they smelled bad because someone complained and ask that person to not smell when they come in? I have never heard of such a thing. I have been in that church and sat next to homeless folks who smell bad, I breathe out of my mouth and don't say a word because I know it's wrong to. I am very sad to leave this review because like I said this church was like a family to me, I love so many people who work and attend here but one persons actions hurt me enough to know I couldn't allow that in my life. I cried so hard for so long and got super depressed, I suffer from depression, anxiety and PTSD which everyone who knows me aslo knows about me. I hope I can find a good church in my new home area AZ but I am so afraid of the judgement that comes from churches these days. I just don't know if it is worth it anymore. I got close let my wall down and once again I was hurt by the people you expect it the least from. I think I finally get why so many people don't want to attend church anymore. I don't blame them if this is what they experience.

My family and I have been attending Unity since 2009. The talks are enlightening, the music is spectacular and there is a strong sense of fellowship in this diverse community. Also, the holiday services, including the Christmas Eve and Easter productions are not to be missed!

Unity welcomes people from all walks of life regardless of your predicament and tries to help where they can in everyone's life without discriminating, giving everyone a fair chance to improve themselves, move forward and transform their spiritual journey through practical spiritual practice techniques. Definitely a place of healing.

Love the diversity and practical everyday life messages. No pressure and all-welcoming. Non-traditional services with focus on God within and our spiritual journey with Him. They always have a potluck after service to connect with each other, as well as other group-growth focused activities. Appreciate the guest musicians they frequently have from all over the world.

Unity is community, Unity is home. It is all the best parts of a church or spiritual center without any of the close minded dogma and religious baggage.

In the spring of 20016 I lost most of my vision. In a place where I thought my life was over, I was urged to attend Unity. I did and Unity saved my life.

I showed up looking up check out their good shop since I saw the sign out by the road. Then I found out it was closed that day and when I rolled back around to the sign I could see the fine print. There were some people in the parking lot rehearsing for a dance and they looked at me like I was crazy.
