A true diamond in the rough. Malcolm worked with my wife and I to create a new engagement ring after her original lost a stone and the setting was damaged. The new ring was truly one of a kind and was made and delivered faster than we expected. Malcolm and Joseph are artisans who get to know you and your needs. Their courtesy and professionalism are a throwback to a simpler time, but yet they use the latest technology to help you create a piece of jewelry better than you even imagined.
Working with Villarreal was such an easy experience, especially since it was my first time. Malcom and team were incredibly helpful and designed a completely unique ring for my and my now fiance. Would absolutely recommend!
Upfront, straight up, and they don't sell you. They inform and I found them to be genuine and considerate during the entire time. Wouldn't hesitate to come back to them when the need arises. Update: Joseph just took care of us in helping us get our wedding bands. He guided us through the many different options he offers, and his attention to detail, effective use of our time, and prompt response all worked well to deliver some stunning rings to us. I wanted something special for my wife for our 50th wedding anniversary so I made an appointment with Malcolm at Villareal. Malcolm patiently spent a lot of time with me while asking questions and providing various ring options and designs as well as providing basic information regarding diamond grades. Once we arrived at a ring design that I liked, he showed me a number of diamonds in various sizes and grades that I was able to select from. In addition to the ring, I wanted an exact replica of my wife's older yellow gold wedding band but made from white gold. He was able to produce the exact design, but in white gold while transferring my diamonds from the old band to the new band. I could not be more pleased with the results of both the ring and the band. Exceptional service and quality!

I went to Villarreal jewelers to design a custom necklace and pendant as a wedding anniversary gift. I had collected a couple fo sample pictures and I had a reasonable idea of what I wanted. I setup time with Malcolm to review what I was looking for. I was incredibly impressed and appreciative of the level of focus and attention to detail that I received when discussing my piece. My experience was incredibly educational and thoughtful. We discussed multiple design options which far exceed my expectations and Malcom was very helpful in walking me through the pros and cons of each design. The piece came out phenomenal and my wife loved it. The price point was a touch higher than I had originally planned but they worked with me on pricing which was very helpful. Overall it was a really phenomenal experience and I'm confident the piece is something that will likely be passed down to my kids. Really great work and a great customer experience.
I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Malcolm at Villarreal. He provided an amazing experience as we designed our engagement ring in what I thought would be pretty overwhelming. I went in not knowing much about diamonds or this whole process in general... and came out with a gorgeous ring. My fiancé and I enjoyed every consultation session as we meticulously covered every aspect of the ring.
I chose VillarrealJewelera from a list of companies provided to me by my insurance company for the purpose of recreating a lost diamond ring. I feel very fortunate to have chosen them. Joseph has been a pleasure to work with and he did a fantastic job of recreating my ring. It’s beautiful. As a result of his good work, I brought my sister with me at my next visit to meet their team. We are now having some new pieces designed by them using some old family jewels. We are so excited to see what they come up with. They have exceeded my expectations!
