I went to visit my sister RIVKA who works at this amazing nursing home. When I walked in everyone looked so happy including the jainitor who greeted me with a smile when I walked in. Westgate hills rehab is a warm place for a loved one to be taken care of by the caring staff.

Upon entry, the upgrades really catch your eye when you walk through the door. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful, friendly, and made sure I got the help I walked in for!
The staff was unprofessional. If you have a loved one considering this place please don't bring them there. Services are substandard and they treat the patients like animals. Disgusting!!!
My brother has been at Westgate Hills since October 2017 and my family and I have been nothing but pleased. It is a great comfort and peace of mind to have not only the Administrative Staff but also the nursing staff and techs be attentive and care for your loved one. The previous nursing home that my brother came from was quite simply pathetic and lacked the basic care and attention every patient should have. Now that he is at Westgate Hills, I have my trust restored that there are very good nursing facilities out there like Westgate Hills who really do care about the resident first and make a positive change for the present and future mind and body of the resident. They are also very responsive to questions and concerns if there are asked and communicate proactively.
I am very happy at Westgate. The staff is friendly and the best part is that people get well here. The Rehab therapists are really nice and patient.
I love working with Heather and Rivka at Westgate Hills. The social workers-Melissa and Sandy are very helpful as well. As a Personal Home Care liaison I appreciate working with such a professional and friendly staff.
I have enjoyed my experience at West gate Rehabilitation center the atmosphere is one of compassion consideration of health and recovery. The staff is very professional caring and engaging . Each patient is approached according to their rehabilitational needs and are addressed in a positive manner. Thank You for such a rewarding experience.
On my recent visit to Westgate Rehabilitation facility, I had the pleasure of meeting with Director of Admissions, her very professional manner impressed me as well as a guided tour of the facility, the staff and patients all acknowledged her with warm and friendly good morning. The facility was clean , nice dining area and activity room. I would highly recommend Westgate to family and friends for Long term Care or rehabilitation.
Marquis has put together a, "who's who" of highly sought after administration that will take this facilty to the next level. Ownership is completely behind their mission and vision of being the best skilled facility in Baltimore. I would recommend and trust the team at Westgate with my family again and again.
The Adminstrative team is awesome. Upon entry to the facility, the full time receptionist meets you with warm greetings and efficient assistance. The admissions coordinator is GREAT and extremely helpful with making sure you feel comfortable when touring. The business office manager is very much in the know with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines and eases you through the application process. The HR manager and Social Workers help to make the encounters at Westgate pleasant.
My doctor took the time to really care about me while I was there. Also, Mr. Jack the therapist in their rehab department was really patient and went outof his way to help me. I left Westgate feeling so much better.
Overall this facility is one to check out if a rehab / nursing center is needed. The reception /entry area sets the tone for the facility. It's very pleasing to the eye.
I find the staff to be polite and courteous all the time , and the office staff along with the Administrator are exceptional. The Administrator is relatively new to this facility but has 19 years in the business and will most definitely resolve any complaints to your satisfaction. The nursing staff ( not all, but some) stands in need of additional bedside manner and communication training. Especially when patients are unable to advocate for themselves. Westgate Hills does not have that " nursing home" smell. That means that the housekeeping staff does their job. First impressions ARE lasting impressions.
