I am so glad I looked at the reviews before making an appointment. Your expereince was lousy and their response was shameful. Sounded so condescending. I have insurance, but it sounds like if you have none TO &*^%@#! bad, go some where else. My gosh so bluntly too. I will go else where thank you.

It's so weird to see all of these people having negative reviews. I've used Whole Women's Health and so has one of my friends and we both had very positive experiences. I really value this resource and hope they make it through Texas' new legislation. The staff was always very friendly to me and I felt very safe in their hands. My only complaint was that it's so hard to get an appointment because they're always busy!

They just want your money. The staff is rude and they laughed at me when I told them I cant spend a lot on birth control every month(they prescribed one that costs $90 a month at first). When I started having side effects from the birth control, I called and they told me I have to come back in to see the doctor again(I was just there 4 days earlier), they were going to charge me again( i had just paid them $600 the last time I was there, how much more do they want?). I dont have insurance, like most people and all I wanted was a different brand of birth control pills called in to the pharmacy. When I told them that I had already spent OVER 10 HOURS there sitting in the waiting room(which is true) and I can not afford to take off any more work, she said "sorry we can't help you" and hung up on me. VERY frustrating and stressful just for birth control pills.

PLEASE READ the reviews on this facility are unfortunately not trustworthy. Reason being is there is a group from the nearby church who has nothing better to do than sit outside this building constantly harassing both the staff and customers. Shouting threats and telling the staff they “hope they die” or “are going to hell” I know this because I had the misfortune of listening to one of there cancer inducing rambles, I wouldn’t put it passed them to post false reviews. Me and my girlfriend came to this facility and were greeted with nothing but kindness, respect, and excellent service. They didn’t try to sell us unneeded products and were very patient with us, comforting us at every turn. They were extremely informative and truly knew what they were doing. They didn’t make us wait hours for service we were in and out quickly without any complications.

When I First came to this place I honestly was a little sketched out lol, but the staff is VERY friendly and they even booked me in with in the same day!! They made me feel like I was their number one priority and I am thankful for their time! They made me feel so safe in their hands! I HIGHLY Recommend this place. They legit want nothing but for you to be comfy with yourself and I didn't feel any judgment ! They are very Good
