I had a good experience here. I had about 300 old slides that I needed converted into a flash drive and they messed it up at the beginning(photos turned upside down and backwards) but they apologized and corrected. Rusty in particular was very good.

This store is a recent discovery of mine and love this place! From helping with rush passport photos to family gift prints, The staff is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I also saw a person ahead of me bringing in really old film, that they are able to convert to digital format. I'm absolutely going to bring in some of my parents old pictures, too!
