Very pleased with my services!! HIGHLY recommend, was a bit scared because what I want embroidered was my Versace robe , but it came out on TOP ..I was very pleased with there work , flexibility and professionalism. Also, you get what you pay for , most definitely worth EVERY cent , would most definitely come back!

My husband got a Vera Bradley bag monogrammed for me at this place. Despite the proof SPECIFICALLY saying for them to embroider the side opposite the inside pockets, the embroidered the side with the pockets, basically seeing the pockets up. They essentially ruined the entire bag and won’t even refund the charge for the monogramming. When we called the lady said she couldn’t do anything and then hung up on us. I highly recommend you avoid this business. Update: After posting reviews, we were contacted by Chantal, who was very friendly and willing to work to fix the problem. She refunded the money for the monogramming, and they were able to take the stitching out of one side and re-do it on the other side. You can still see where the stitching was on the wrong side from the inside of the bag, but it's not too noticeable from the outside, which is all that mattered to me. Chantal also followed up several times to make sure that things were resolved.
