Terrible customer service. I was supposed to get 30 days free with the on tv offer code. IT showed 4 after i checked out. So I emailed them 1 or 2 times and then posted a support issue. I got an email back saying they would like to go over some things but they never addresses my issue that i was going to get charged 99 in 2 more days. They were looking to just add on sales. Address customer issue first then you can try that!! Online support chat was never available either. If you would have done the right thing you may have had a lifelong customer! Oh ya after I emailed them about the experience and how they handled it guess what. No reply. Go figure. Run fast and far .

I'm trialing ZipRecruiter for my small business and their "rigorous" screening process offered a candidate who is clearly lying on his resume and a quick search engine query indicates he's a fraud.

I've heard alot of ads talking about this new job board. While it may be the newest thing for employers, the interface for job seekers is awful. Most job postings are from head hunters and not the actual employers. Filters are almost non existent, and links take you to other 'shady' pages. Indeed and even Career Builder are much more user friendly and effective for job seekers. More work to be done on the search engine hear Zip folks. Keep trying!! Good luck
If I could give it 0 stars I would, this is a scam, they make you believe they are going to find the perfect candidate but all they do is send you random applicants that have NOTHING to do with what you are looking for and then of course if you let them know they ask for more money because what you pay which is VERY expensive, is not enough to get you the right candidate and so on, mean time they are unable to provide you with anything, besides being a waste of money it is a Big waste of time... and they are rude and unprofessional
