Been working with Autohaus for 5 years. My appointments are scheduled quickly. I can call or pop in, my questions are answered promptly or something is tweaked while I wait. Incredible customer service and I will only have my Audi serviced at Autohaus. Everyone is very knowledgable and honest. Don't leave there feeling like I was sold unnecessary services.

Needed to have a 2003 Porsche evaluated for several issues that come along with its age and increased mileage. John had worked on the car previously and was very accommodating in getting this eval done in a timely manner. He gave a very honest, detailed run down of all the issues that would need addressing. I felt confident in his knowledge and suggestions and my only regret it that I won't be getting a new car that is German so that he can help maintain it. My 7 yr old grandson had accompanied me to the shop to pick up the car and John was also very kind and patient in answering all his questions. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle here.

Fantastic diagnosis of a hard to find issue with my Cayman. They even video-called with me to walk me through what they found while I was out of town. I was staring down the barrel of several thousands of dollars in guesswork changes to try to address an issue, that turned out to be a lose stabilizer bolt. Where anyone else would’ve just applied the brute force repairs in hopes of them fixing things, these guys applied creativity and intuition to troubleshoot it down to the correct, easy, fix. Impressed.

I had AutoHaus of Boulder tint my front windows in my vehicle. They’re new tint/clear bra program is top notch. They used high end materials which is nice to have the option to choose a superior product. The pricing was great and the service was phenomenal. Great communication from drop off to pick up time. These guys run a tight ship and it shows, Thank you!

Can't thank Mark & the AutoHaus crew enough for looking after my classic A4. Mark went above and beyond to troubleshoot, diagnose and successfully repair an extremely unusual ignition issue. Would never take my Audi anywhere else, just can't say enough about AutoHaus and their dedication, professionalism and hospitality. Hands down, best in the biz!
