I had never been to this place before. The place my family usually goes to, doesn't do permanents, which was what I needed. Usually the only one in the family that goes to the salon is my daughter, for hair cuts. However I've been ill, and it was decided that I needed a treat, so I should go to the salon to have my hair done and get some pampering. I only had one day i could get it done on. Most of the salons were closed, because it was a Sunday. So I was thrilled to find this place open. I called ahead to make sure they could fit me in and went. It turned out to be a Hispanic salon. I was the only white person in the place. That's fine I didn't care about a thing like that, all I cared about was if they could perm my hair! Everything seemed fine, and everyone was nice until the woman who was supposed to do my hair came to get me. She tried to speak to me in Spanish, despite the fact that I had to look like the single most unlikely to speak Spanish person on Earth,I just smiled and apologized that I did not know Spanish. She replied with 'Oh.' Then she asked if I'd been there before, to which I said no. Basically the conversation was short and clearly implied the message, 'What the hell are YOU doing here?!' She then proceeded to talk about me with the other people around her in Spanish as if I can't tell when someone is making fun of me, by gesturing to my hair, having people come over to look at it and then laughing?! Right, clearly not talking about me at all! Then she proceeded to do my hair, hitting me in the face with my own hair repeatedly, soaking me in perm solution, clean through to my bra, and so on and so forth! I have never been so poorly treated at any salon in my life! I spoke to the manager, who was very nice, and very apologetic, and said he would speak to her about it...and asked if my perm was okay, which I thought it was. However no compensation was offered me at all not so much as a discount! It cost me $85 to be so insulted! And after I got home and the time elapsed and I could wash my hair? The perm sucks too! Be sure I will never go back to this place again, if I could give it minus stars I would have!!! If your not Hispanic? Don't go to this place, they don't want you there!!!
i took my son for a haircut I spent there more than a hour!! I was waiting for this lady her name is Laura, the receptionist called my son’s Name and he was going to seat in the chair, and she went and grab a other customer and she literally said I’m not going to help him. I have this lady first when the receptionist asked the customer with whom you put your name she said with Laura but you told me she still had 3 more people in front of me! She didn’t care she still cut this lady hair
Friendly service, fast and good hair cuts for man. For women I was not too impressed. But we like the place for my husband hair needs.

They have great customer care and great prices. Ricky has awesome care with is pAtrons and listens to.what they want and give. Them what they are looking for in a style. This location does speak 2 languages Spanish and English! They do great work on kids also they are all very happy and fun place to go! I have brought my kids to many different locations to get cuts and they do the best work and not bad prices!!
Great place professional at what they do
I have gone to this salon 2 times. My last haircut was with Ocativo. I asked him for suggestions and he did a very good job.
You see a lot of styles just seating and gossiping. And they dont really do a good job on cutting hair
Go there to get my kids haircuts. Excellent fade cuts. They listen and know how to treat their customers! I highly recommend his salon to anyone!
