Company Description
Delphine and Fabrice are from Aix En Provence, France. They met at hairdressing school, Clovis Hugues, in 1997. In 2000, they opened their own salon in the south of France where they remained until its sale in 2006. With an opportunity arising in the States in 2008, they decided to bring their skills over to Miami, working in several salons until opening their own, Elégance, in May of 2014.

I am a client at this salon for many years, the owners and their team are high end professionals and extremely nice people. I actually travel from my local neighborhood to come to them . I truly appreciate the fact that they are always on time. And I absolutely recommend them!
I have been going to this salon for about two years now. Wonderful people, excellent service, and reasonable prices. Delphine is hands down the best hairdresser I have ever had.
I’ve never been treated like this before. I wanted for him to fix color I paid a lot of money for. He told me in front of everyone “you are so annoying”! Twice! This is how you treat your customers? I’m Never coming back. So many other places with better customer service and much better experience in hair . In response to your response I have NEVER been rude to you or your staff. I'm not that type of person. Once I was 10 mins late for a blowdry and you didn't take me so that is the only time I was "late". There is no excuse for you to treat a customer like that. Zero tolerance and patience and your response confirms it.
The salon is amazing! fabulous hair products. The staff is always friendly. I have gone several times never a wait. I love the way Marlon does my hair! He is amazing!
So excited about my haircut! Fabrice cut my hair yesterday and I couldn't be happier with it! A friend of mine goes here and I always love her haircuts so I wanted to try them out ~ I'll definitely be going here from now on!

Personally I truly love this hair salon. Fabrice is like one of my top favorite people in this place as he is very good with listening to his clients, he cares about what is being done and would never allow for you to walk out looking crazy plus he is funny as heck so you will have fun while doing your hair. He is very detailed about making sure the color is what you want which i appreciate because I am the same way( I sometimes think in another life i was a hairstylist too.) Timmy is also a master with the scissors she cuts your hair beautifully and gives very edgy looks to her clients. I highly recommend both as you can see how their teamwork played out on my hair. Also note i come from out of state to see them I will be flying back for the holidays just to see them both, that's how good they are!
I have been a client for over 10 years and I would never again go to anyone but Elegance. The owners are sweet and professional, and they are experts at what they do. They can do the best highlights, color, cut or anything else you wish! Best salon in Miami. Thank you!
Fabrice and his crew did my wife's hair, and it came out amazing. Truly one of Miami's top salon and his techniques are one of a kind. If you really want a job well done on a fine level this is the place.
So AMAZING!!! They fit me in last minute and didn't make me feel like a addition. I was welcomed and sat down immediately. I was offered coffee and tea twice. I wish I could spell or enunciate her name correctly. She was wonderful. Listened advised me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I booked again before I left. Everyone was so friendly. Book if you haven't already.
