I am grateful to God for these angels that God uses to help those who need them, they have treated my husband very well and in 2 weeks we have seen very excellent results thanks to all of their efforts, Your effort and commitment for the patients as my God husband bless you and continue giving and blessing with your skills and experiences. My husband suffered a heart attack and here we have received the best care and attention, God bless you. Heart thank you very much.

terrible...the staff miss threated my mom...and all of the senior citizens at the facility....dnt recommend that 2 any body.
I got my flu shot here. Service was professional, quick, and polite aside from no lollipop.
Some of the staff here are genuinely abusive to the patients. I have 3 witnesses to this behavior. They are dangerously understaffed, and unsanitary. They use wash clothes as diapers, and then wash the soiled cloths and use them to wash a patient's face. I will be reporting them to the state. I was won over by their glowing reviews. They hide the bad reviews and they drug their patients with multiple psychoactive drugs in order to keep them from complaining. It is really a very sad situation. Many of their patients can't talk because they are on a ventilator. A nurse told me a lot of the patients are out of it, but now that I see that they handle complaints by drugging their patients I imagine some of them weren't admitted in that state. The family has no idea what's going on in many cases because the doctors do not communicate medication changes. I had an outside doctor review my loved one's medication list and they found that the amount of psychoactive drugs being given (especially since there was never any history of needing it prior) was excessive and could cause cognitive damage. Please spare your loved one this abuse and avoid Barlow at all costs. If your loved one isn't an easy case they won't see them through the weaning process even though they advertise that they do. It's all smoke and mirrors. Not to mention they have a caseworker named Clare who is the most unpleasant, vile human being you've ever met. She is incredibly rude, and it is all a front for the fact that she does not do her job and if you question her she will insult and degrade you. She yelled at me for no reason. Then tried to tell me the three lawyers I spoke with were wrong because she was right. She provided no other basis or fact other than she is right. Clare is apparently omnipotent. The advertising does not match the service nor care you will receive at this facility. They act as though they care about the family and the struggles of having an ill loved one. However the behavior of their staff says the opposite. Especially when dealing with Clare, who I am filing a formal complaint about. I'll give them 2 stars only because the doctors, nurses, and respiratory therapists are actually skilled and kind.
The staff very rude let my husband dirty in his hands of pope made me get medicine from outside pharmacy that's illegal lost his stuffing animal and killed him he was doing ok a day before that morning his blood pressure drop to low and die don't bring your family here
That hospital is garbage , I’ve been there visiting my mom and they left her alone for a long time and she had feces on the bed when I arrived , and they never came to check on her and other people I spoke to about there family members they said they do what they want because the patients are so sick they can’t complain but it’s ok because they have family members too and them their self will have to face serious neglect one day ,karma.
My husband was at Barlow recently and I was very pleased with the Nursing Staff especially the Nursing Assistants. The social worker and our case manager were exceptional. I wasn’t 100 percent pleased with physical therapy, but we weren’t there for PT. The Respiratory Department is efficient and professional. They were always available to us, but I never needed to summon them they were frequently making rounds. I would definitely encourage others needing Respiratory Therapy to go to Barlow.
