We paid almost $4,000 for a chairlift and used it for 6 months. We moved it to a new residence and did not let Goulds charge us $800 for the move. We had it completed for $150... Now there is a problem with the chair and they are not only being nasty to us about it but alsoalso refu to work on it because we didn't let them move it... My mother didn't have the money to spend and nowshe is unable to get up and down her stairs in our own home... Pitiful customer service...

The audiology department at Gould's is wonderful! Peter takes time with every patient and explains what he is doing while testing and discussing options for different devices. He is extremely knowledgeable and I love his matter of fact approach when advising what the best device would be for the patients needs. We have been working with him for many years and we would not consider going anywhere else. Great service every time!

I've gone to Peter Pearlman for hearing aids for over 30 years (since I was a young kid- I have congenital hearing loss in both ears). He is very knowledgeable and takes good care of his clients. I heartily recommend Gould's for your hearing needs.

I found the people at Gould's to be extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Their prices were very reasonable, and I found that buying there was cheaper on many items than Amazon and other online sources, especially once shipping came into play, and I didn't have to wait for it to be delivered. I read the earlier reviews, and didn't find any of the issues others mentioned. I'll definitely be back, and recommend others give them a try instead of trusting anonymous people who may have an "axe to grind".

I went to Gould's to speak to someone about my CPAP machine. I was helped by Cindy who was not only knowledgeable but attentive to my concerns. She took the time to listen to truly understand the nature of the problem even though it was a holiday weekend and other customers were lining up. I will definitely be going back and asking specifically for Cindy since we had such a great experience with her!

Love the Gould's employees! Might have a few minutes hold time when you call them but once they answer they are very helpful and pleasant. Have used Gould's on Dixie Hwy over 4 years now for CPAP and supplies and have no complaints.

Peter and his staff go above and beyond in the way they treat their customers. Excellent service and quick visit times really make it easy to plan my schedule. Getting hearing aids was not something I was looking forward to but Peter’s lifelong service in audiology really has made all the difference in making my experience very positive.
