The vets are nice but the wait times are unacceptable. Been there three times with an appointment and two of those times, we had to wait over 30 minutes in the waiting room past the time of the appointment. I understand they are busy; I'm busy too, that's why we make appointments. So we are both available at the same time. In my experience, they haven't understood that. Granted, I've only been there three times, so take it for what it's worth.

This place is fantastic. Dr Moore has called after hours to check on our kitty after we had been in. They are reasonable with treatment options for your pet. Every staff member I’ve been in contact with has been friendly and caring. A hand written sympathy note was sent from them after we had a pet pass away. Belcaro operates in an ‘above and beyond manner’ and is highly recommended.

Wonderful group of animal lovers here. We have used them for cats and dogs for several years and been very pleased. Dr. Hardy is absolutely fantastic with our 4 legged family. Our dog actually seems excited to go to the vet when we mention his name.

Dr Herman and the staff are absolutely amazing. Very personable, helpful and highly qualified. I wouldn’t trust my dog Sage with just anyone but I have the utmost faith and confidence in Dr. Herman’s and his staff.

We love Belcaro Animal Hospital. We were referred there 10 years ago and have kept up our relationship with our new dog, Churchill. We run into friends and clients that we did not know went there and also friends we have sent there. We are blessed to have such a great team taking care of our little boy.

Belcaro was recommended to us by our vet in Atlanta when he heard we were moving to Denver, and we have not been disappointed. They have been our dogs doctors since 2010, and have seen us though the end of life decision for two of our fur kids. The staff and vets have been kind, supportive, and willing to take time to review all of our options. We couldn't have asked for better care for our babies, or for us. I appreciate the care they take in annual exams, and how they work to fit us in when there's a problem. The facility is located in a location that's easy to reach, and is nice. We won't go anywhere else for all of our non-emergency needs.

This is the BEST animal hospital/veterinarian facility in the nation! I drive 45 minutes to get here and this is without traffic.............I just wish that Dr. Herman could also see humans.......but all the vets here are great. Our dogs love him, we love him and everyone I send to Belcaro loves him or whomever they connect with. I have had dogs for 59 years and never have I met such a vet or an animal hospital as Belcaro............never...........they are the best of the best.

I have known Dr. Bob Moore for many years. I recently brought him a new patient based on my recommendation to a good friend. I have absolute loyalty and trust in Dr. Bob. I love that he is always partying attention to my dog’s needs. And it was a comfort to have him when we lost our last poodle to cancer. In addition, the staff is always friendly and efficient. Their love for the animals shines through in every interaction. Finally, I appreciate getting reminders via text instead of the old postcards. Thanks for all that you do!
