I'm really impressed with the doctors, staff and facility! Vets are careful, compassionate and up on the latest developments. Check out their foundation work, too - this is a special group!
I had a job interview there a couple months back and the staff treated me like I worked there already. The clinic is top notch clean and the wait, oh wait, there wasn't any. Very pet attentive. Parking is great.
brought in my pup for an ear infection as a walk in cause everyone else’s wait was longer and I didn’t want to make her wait, they cleaned her ear or did something to it that cost 72$ then the visit was 55. They told me to come back for a check up a week later. When I came back they told me me her ear looked good. Didn't want anything else checked. The first visit I was made understood that there wouldn't be a charge for the follow up. Upon showing up early for the appointment they told me her reg vet wasn't in. I decided to keep my appointment and see the other vet. Not only did they not have our file they made us wait an extremely long time. The wait was longer than the time the vet looked at my pup. Way longer. Then they charged me an extra 41 for the visit, wanted to give her antibiotics, for what? Idk. And a stool sample. Why? Well I believe they just add whatever comes to mind to the estimates, now two days after her follow up the ear is not looking so good. If the antibiotics she was trying to prescribe where for the ear she should have said so instead of insisting her ear looked great. The only cool thing this place has going for it is that it's open on Sundays and they don't have a long wait time for appointments. But I wouldn't go back here. If I had an emergency I'd drive a few blocks to a different hospital.

We had great experience. My Husband and I went with our new 10 week old boy kitten Marcel and they were so good with him and us. Gave us all the information that we asked for and needed. We are so thankful for their service and hospitality.
Friendly staff and clean/simple lobby and rooms. Vets have been respectful of my pets, myself, and any financial questions I’ve had.
A caring and attentive staff with great follow-up and there prices are cheaper then a lot of other veterinarian hospitals that are not even as good.
Everyone is super great at Mohawk Alley. I've been taking my puppy here since 8 weeks and they're so good about communicating and helping you through every step. I had to bring my pup here last week because of an injury and they got him in within 10 minutes and went right to work. Very much appreciate everyone that works here. Would highly recommend using them.
The best vet I have ever been too. Super friendly and will work with you on needed treatment.
Today was our first visit to Mohawk Alley and it was a very nice place. The receptionists were very welcoming. The doctor spent a lot of time with us, answering any question that we had. She was definitely not in a rush to leave the room. She educated us well on whst to do with our new puppy. This was money well spent.
Staff and Dr. Were very kind & compassionate when I had to put my cat Paloma to sleep. Paloma lived a good life for 21 years. The staff @ Mohalk Alley Hospital made sure that. She passed away in peace in my arms. They took care of the cremation and my cats remains were returned to me in a beautiful polished wood box with brass lock fixtures. With her name engraved on an attached tag. Very affordable! My bill was $215.
I was able to get a last minute appointment on a Sunday for my cat as a new client. The staff was really friendly and the vet we saw was great. She was thorough and gave us different treatment options. I never felt pressured to have additional tests run and I never felt rushed. And my cat was the calmest he’s ever been at any vet. Plus the cost was incredibly reasonable. Definitely found our new vet today.
The excellent doctors, friendly staff and modern facility are really impressive! Careful, compassionate vets, up on the latest developments. I love that they're responsive by phone, and always very supportive (like when trying to give my dog a pill turned into World War III!). Some folks find them pricey, but in truth I think they're pretty much middle of the road these days. Some parking is available, but for me it's a major treat to have a trustworthy vet within walking distance! I recently had to have my 18-year-old dog put to sleep, and they were great throughout the whole process: gently recommended when it was time to consider it, bore with me over days of indecision, stayed open late for friends and family to arrive and gave us the time we needed. Btw, I've only encountered a male staffer once in the 6-7 years I've been going there. Check out their foundation work, too - this is a special group!
