The sales reps are friendly and courteous and they will work with you I came for a car but the car was gone but the sales rep (Mayo) help me find something better this is a nice place to come for a car everything in inventory is clean and reasonable I Left satisfied !!!!

Make sure you read all paperwork carefully. Made a deal for a 2008 328 for $6100 INCLUDING tax and new tag. We even calculated backward together the actual price of the car since tax is around $400 and new tag is around $400. I left a $500 deposit and went back the next day to pay. Upon reviewing the bill of sale, the total was $6100 but the tag was conveniently left off. This is what they do. They figured I was stupid and wouldn’t notice and would be stuck paying it. If you make a deal with them, better get it in writing that day. That was my fault for assuming their word was good since we were all crystal clear on the deal and shook on it. I walked away and didn’t buy. Scammers.

Clearly, they have a lot of their family and friends writing reviews. Check the real deal on Yelp if you want to know about these crooks. If there was a way to leave a negative star review, they earned a -5 star! What a bunch of liars. They promised a very specific negotiated "out the door" price to include tax and tag. We leave a deposit to hold the car (which was a questionable car in the first place needing considerable repairs, but I own a repair shop and this is a low budget car for my 16 year old son), come back the next day, and all of a sudden, this was NOT the "out the door price". Sure it was the amount they wanted to collect, but it didn't include registering the new car nor the new tag AS WE EXPLICITLY DISCUSSED! Here's how they'll screw you: You'll agree on the price of the car "out the door". The bill of sale will have that EXACT amount on it. However, because they are so inept, they cannot calculate very simple tag fees like EVERY other dealer in the world. So, you leave there thinking you're all good. They call you 20-30 days when your tag comes in. You go to pick it up, and BOOM they will hold your tag ransom for however many hundreds of dollars it costs to do the title and tag. VERY deceptive. Not to mention, 90% of their cars are junk, previously wrecked badly, and NONE of them are recently serviced.

I had a great experience. Everyone there had a great south Florida vibe - light, friendly and they get things done. Gil, Mayo and Andrew made everything go smoothly, gave me a great deal and were attentive as to what I wanted done on the car. Car drives great and it’s a wonderful upgrade for my growing family at a great price. Can’t wait to take the family on a road trip!

I had a really good experience. My salesman, Mayo, was great and helpful as was all the rest of the team there. They were able to work with me and get me financed and into a nice car for a good price. If you are in the market for a good used car go check them out and ask for Mayo.

Feb16 I lucked up and passed through Best Price Dealers! And ran into the car of my DREAMS... THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!! And the guys there was hands on and so helpful as far as information about my vehicle. I would recommend Best Price Dealers to any and everyone!!!!

Great service. Raul went over the financial part and was determined to get us out in a vehicle that fits a family of 6. Great attitude. 4 stars only because I spent A lot of time there, but happy we left with a car !
