The pizza was good except some of the ingredients didn’t feel like it was fresh.
Convenient for Ardenwood residents . No dearth of desi choices over pizza. Timely turnaround for delivery and pick up. bGood in house eating space. Paneer based pizzas are my recommended choices. Ample parking around the area. You are dealing with friendly staff here.
When I entered this place I already could smell the aroma of the pizza. I got chicken wings, pesto breadsticks, and also chicken pizza. Once I tasted one of everything that I had ordered, I was mind blown at the flavor the pizza had gave me. It tasted better than the other junk pizzas like Dominos and Pizza Hut. They also have wide tv s so that everyone can enjoy watching sports games. Over all, I think this is a great place, and everyone craving pizza should dine here.
Delicious food and amazing service. I love that I can easily order online and receive 10% off. The staff is all very friendly and helpful whenever I place orders for home or for my business.
I got swayed away by the good reviews.. One of the worst pizza's I have ever had - very dry and no flavours to food at all. On top of that, it is very expensive. Would not recommend it to anyone..
I really wanted to give these guys a higher rating, because the pizza 🍕 is really good. However, I don't get the fact that if you get your order served 30 minutes before closing, even for dine-in you have to eat it out of the pizza box. This is not good customer service. Considering the serving dish in this case, is just a stupid pan. If you are in a hurry to leave and close the restaurant, then don't have a restaurant. 🍕
I was happy the first 3 years I came here. Every restaurant has their off days! We got sick and I called and they refused to believe me that the food wasn’t prepared properly that time. Heck I mess up too sometimes! They didn’t try to fix it or make it better but still made me feel like I was lying after being a loyal customer! I haven’t gone back in 6 months! I emailed them numerous times and no response! I told all my friends and family that I recommended what happened and now my review. Very hurtful not to offer an apology to the least! We were sick with stomach bug for 2 days coming out of both ends! Sorry for the TMI! But it’s the truth!
Very rude customer service. Went there to pick up a online order which was supposed to be ready for pickup by 8:11 pm as per email, went at 8:15 and they said very rudely another 10 min as if they don't even care. They should at least feel apoptotic but they didn't even care. I will start monitoring the reviews before I step in here again. Even if the pizza tastes better that's going to be secondary as I am in the store while writing this review waiting for pizza
Bombay Pizza, Fremont Bad Customer service I have ever experienced. Very bad experience when I went to pick up pizza that was order over phone. The person in the counter was very rude. I informed about the name and the contact information at the counter which I mentioned over phone while ordering the pizza. He could not locate the order, his statements were ‘We do not have your order’. When I asked ‘what should I do now? I have already ordered’. His reply was ‘I do not know….. there is no order’. But the girl in the next counter helped me and gave my order.
It's good. Not perfect but good. I live how the pizza tastes like you would have made it at home. But it's very greasy. Well yeah of course it's pizza but that's just it lol. There's more than just regular pizza here and that's another thing I love about this place.
The Pizza was delicious! I was very pleased to find out that they offer a vegan cheese substitute for pizzas. My husband has a dairy allergy and has not had pizza in years! He's excited as well to have found this restaurant!
