Terrible customer service and they don't care. The location off University is small, cramped and smells like mold and mildew. I wouldn't recommend this swim school to anyone.
I enjoyed Jackie the instructor a lot. However, the company cancelled 3 of my 8 classes for the month and then rescheduled my class time from 3:30 to 5:30. My baby had a medical problem so I canceled a class and they would not allow me to Reschedule. Very disappointed. My 9 month old enjoyed the lessons.
Instructors are wonderful, sweet and at the same time don't give up when the kids are upset. They are encouraging and I highly highly recommend British Swim School. My son has been taking classes since he was a baby and is now ready to start swimming on his own. We are huge fans!
Love these guys! My two and four year olds never took lessons before. Sarah (in Boston) is a natural with children. They formed a bond right away and completely trusted her in the water. Can't wait for our next lesson!
They work with too many kids in one group to be able to ensure your child moves forward in the program. They dont give feed back so you can work with your child to ensure progress. They dont seem to care whether they move on and get it or not.. seems more to be about money than the child learning life saving skills.

Writing this as a review because I wasn't able to post on their wall. TELL YOUR STUDENT'S PARENTS TO KEEP THEM HOME IF THEY ARE SICK I was at my gym this am -- FFC East Lake View in Chicago. There was a visibly sick (nose running, coughing, red eyes) 3-year old headed to class with his dad. This is horribly irresponsible and I'd hope the British Swim School sent the kid and his dad home. The kid not only risks getting other students sick but everyone he comes in contact with at the gym. I also can't imagine it being healthy to be working out while sick. Don't be selfish parents. If your kids are sick, keep them in for the day.

Was staying at Hilton Garden Inn in Dublin in 2017 and was in the pool just before the contractor/owner of swim school Almonrode sprayed the lock on large locker/basket containing the swim equipment. When I got out I slipped and fell hurting my arm and shoulder and its been a year with no help whatsoever from either party. The school or Hilton management has yet to take ownership of my accident or help with any expenses I've incurred to date. After a year of therapy and doctor visits my arm still hurts and I've been told there is evidently some nerve damage in my right arm. Watch out and protect yourself while on their property. Hilton blames the school and the school said it was Hiltons responsibility. I'm left hurting and helpless. Hope this helps someone to be more careful and vigilant because you may be ignored next.
very disappointed with the initial customer service in Aventura location , I was trying to enroll my daughter but the person that I contact by phone just told me that I have to pay one month to see if I really like the program, they do not offer a free trial class and even the level my daughter , she has to start in the first level , its the first time that i see this type of treatment with the clients, not recommend this swim school
