I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my Cambridge Honda Service experience.
I walked in to finally address the recall on the passenger side airbag, and Joe said the service team could get right on it. I had also been meaning to get around to changing my wiper blades and addressing the pesky and helpful tire pressure indicator, so he said they could do that quickly as well.
I rested my eyes in a comfy arm chair while they worked on my car, and felt refreshed by the time my car was all set.
Great service with a smile, and they’ll get to know you by name if you want them to.
Rebecca was extremely helpful. She provided me with a lot of information for a number of car options. Very versed in discussing gas vs. electric car, buying vs. leasing, pointing out important characteristics of the cars we took on a test drive. This is the fifth car I purchased/leased with Rebecca. I trust her experience and knowledge and so far have been happy with my purchase every time, including this time with Honda Clarity plug-in hybrid.

For years I had excellent service and great interaction with everyone involved at Cambridge Honda. So, I was hopeful that I would have a similar experience when it came time to replace my old Odyssey with a new model.
After spending several weeks going to other area Honda dealerships to get quotes on a new Odyssey EX-L, I entered Cambridge Honda with a solid grasp of what kind of deal I could get with other dealerships. Since I live in Cambridge and Cambridge Honda had the color combination that I wanted in stock, it was my hope that they would be able to match or beat the deal offered by their competitors and not waste time getting to the bottom line.
I was very pleased with my salesman, Salem, who took the very aggressive quote that I had gotten from another area dealership and quickly got approval from his supervisor to do the deal. The used car manager even matched the best quote that I had gotten for my trade-in, so that I was able to get a great deal on the exact minivan that I wanted.
Salem was a real pleasure to work with. He took time to answer the questions that I had, but also didn't waste my time addressing things that I already understood. I highly recommend Salem and the entire team at Cambridge Honda.
Had a great experience at Cambridge Honda buying a lightly used car. This was following a terrible experience at Lexus of Watertown. My salesman, Salem, found the perfect car for me immediately, and helped me through the entire process. Marat, the finance person I dealt with, did a great job as well.

Went in for airbag recall - service was complete in 2 hours. Team was accommodating to picking up car after service hours. Helpful team and easy to contact.
Salem was very helpful and although this was his first sale, he did very well and followed up with me after the purchase. The process was smooth, low pressure, and just all and all relaxing. The day I took delivery, I drove the car to Boston and went over a nail. I was able to put the spare and drive back to service just in time before closing. They were kind enough to wait for me last minute on a Friday evening and plug the tire for no charge.
I have to say I didn’t think that I would have good luck with customer service, after the car hunting I had at numerous dealerships. This dealership by far was the most exceptional customer service experience. Chrissie the Sales Consultant was extremely kind to me, her presence is great. Every moment she is smiling, she was concerned more about my needs and what I felt most comfortable with. I definitely appreciated that because not every sales consultant is concerned about your needs they’re concerned about money. Thomas Au the financial director was honest about everything, I’ve never seen someone try very hard to give the best deal that I needed. You need straight to the point at a dealership, not selling hopes. Especially that I am furthering my family. You can tell this is just not a job for Chrissie or Thomas. Cambridge Honda will definitely be keeping my business, I’m proud to say I’m apart of the Honda Family!
