Company Description

Mongolia is a vast plateau in East Central Asia covering more than 1,000.000 square miles. Russia neighbors Mongolia to the north and China to the south. Mongols are a nomadic race sustaining themselves by raising livestock. Horses, cattle, camels, sheep and goats accompany them in their migration across the steppes providing food, transportation and clothing. Mongolian cooking was introduced in China by Genghis Khan when he invaded in the 13th century.

The one place my ENTIRE family can agree on and LOVES to go! Have dietary needs...or a picky eater? You get to choose exactly what's on your plate. It's clean, delicious and the servers are very attentive. We always go to the one off Cornell in Beaverton. After 6:00pm, you will probably have a little wait.

Just as good as I remember it back in 2005 before we moved from Beaverton. You pick out you meats, vegetables and sauces then watch them cook it. If you don't like what you picked out, go back and mix it up. It's all you can eat. You get soup, rice pan cakes and plum sauce.

The best Chang's or Mongolian grill around or that I've been to. But really good. Been dozens of times. Hasn't alway been perfect with speedy service when they're busy, but always left happy. The guys on the grill are pro's.

Chang's falls into what most would call a standard Mongolian grill. Fill your bowls with meat, noodles and veggies, mix and match your own sauce and the wonderful cooks at the grill saute it up. What sets Chang's apart is the wonderful staff, the speed of the cooks as they rotate around the grill adding new plates of food,. cleaning the grill, sauteing multiple people's food and serving the plates with a smile. You can go back for seconds and thirds. Your food does risk getting some of your grill neighbors selection in yours, but they do their best to keep that from happening.

Amazing food and good service! I was also impressed with the price, very affordable buffet. Lots of variety in the types of meat and veggies you can have. It's so fun to see them cook it right there in front of you. Meal ends with ice cream at no extra charge. Defintely will be coming back here again... Like I do every 3 days now. Good meal, good service.

One of my all time favorite restaurants! Perfectly customize to your personal tastes, diet, or even allergies (though there's LOTS of potential cross-contamination, so prob best to avoid if you're especially sensitive). Between the freakishly good food, the increasingly rare stellar service, and all of the amazing extras (including their impressive sauce bar, and the nectar-of-the-gods they call Plum Sauce in a bottle on each table), I love this place more than words can say.

Mongolian grill is a place where you can choose the veggies and meat items ranging from pork to chicken to beef to fish in a bowl and have chefs cook food you right in front of your eyes. You can basically make your diss right you your taste by pouring sauces and seasons by yourself. The food comes out fresh and healthy. And best part is you can eat all you want. They will serve you soup and ice cream for the dessert. Very nice place

Line was super long and took a long time from. Getting to the bar to the grill. Selection was decent for the price we paid for dinner. Enjoyable though it was super loud and hard to hear even at a table of 4. Nice staff. Accommodating for allergies.
