I've banked here for over 3 Years untill The New big girl Jazmin Philyaw came. I'll be taking my business Elsewhere. Just rude and unprofessional. Yuck!
As my finger hovered one star... I continued to speak with account Representative Roshanda to get a matter rectified regarding my credit card. Roshanda, made all efforts within her power to get the matter squared! I appreciate her diligence with me, the disgruntled customer. She deserves to be recognized for all she contributes to the organization. Thank you ma'am!!
I just want to thank Mrs. Anntoniette Brown for all of her hard work in helping me with my NEW car loan. Her transparency motivated me the very first day I met her, and I just want say thank you AGAIN!!! If you are looking for a professional loving caring person she’s the one to see when you come to CREDIT UNION OF ATLANTA!! Thanks again for everything and I will be doing business with you at CREDIT UNION OF ATLANTA again!!!!!

They have a New Fat chick in the Loan/Credit Card department and she is Horrible. She's ruining a 5 year banking experience due to her Ego. GET HER OUT OF THERE SO WE CAN BANK In PEACE.
The employees at this bank are terrible when it comes to customer service. They act as if they dont care about your concerns and attempt to pass you off on someone else. Or they will make you call an automated system that will send u in circles & then hang up on you. The bankers wont even answer a simple phone call. Im taking my money the hell outta here.
Jasmine needs to be fired or I'm closing my account she sits in her office when she sees customers sitting there waiting to be seen about a loan then u get into her office and she has a nasty attitude like she don't wanna be there or help anyone then I have automatic payments sit up for them to retrieve a bi-weekly payment that they never seem to get but u take any over draft fees as soon as my check clears never understood why they don't get my loan payment at the same time they get the over draft fees smh now u talking bout I'm behind on my loan payments seems like u guys are missing a link n the chain somewhere
I was looking to open and account BUT with all the negative reviews, I will pass. I am trying to support black businesses but I also need those business to be professional. I am now with Citizens Trust Bank and She'a gives the bank a bad name, she is so rude in her tone alone.
I googled this Credit Union because I wanted to support a black owned business. However, the moment I walked into this establishment the energy was off with the employees. I signed in to get some information about becoming a member of this Credit Union. I waited for approximately 30 minutes, just to be told that I would not be able to apply for membership because they are closing. The loan officer gave off the vibe that she was tired, and ready to go home!!! Yes, I get that it is the end of the day and you are ready to go home. However, I find it very disturbing that I was rushed. The loan officer did not even look me in the face, while she was explaining the various Credit Union accounts. As I’m leaving, I decided to ask the teller at the front window is there a manager that I could speak to. Unpleasantly, she asked can I help you, as if she didn't want to be at work as well. After speaking with the manager Sylvia, she was very professional and apologetic. I appreciate her offering me services, even after I was turned away. Also, explaining to me how she did not want me to leave the branch with a bitter taste in my mouth about Credit Union of Atlanta. Long story short, I walked into Georgia’s Own Credit Union today in Alpharetta, Ga. and receive such an amazing experience. I have membership services, and got approved instantly for a credit card!!! FYI (Credit Union of Atlanta) ****YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION CAN BE YOUR LAST IMPRESSION****I am so happy that, I decided NOT to do business with this credit union!!!
I’m trying to figure out what’s going on because there was an inquiry on my credit that was not authorized. It’s been two months now. I’ve come here since October 13 and it’s now January 2 and I still haven’t had the hard inquiry removed. I’ve been sitting here for over an hour waiting to speak to the right person. I regret getting an account here this is such a hassle getting things straightened out. Sat there for over an hour and still wasn’t able to speak with anyone about a mistake they had made. What a complete waste of my time yet again. This is like the 5th time I’ve tried to get this resolved.
