Too much flavor on 1 corner. If your looking for a taste of soulfood with an intimate surrounding, and a touch of live jazz music; come to Darryl's. From there peachy chicken wings to that southern cat fish your decision will determine which savory side you'd like to peer your dish with. I love the mac and cheese, sweet potatoes and crab cakes. The collared greens are very blane, maybe they need a new recipe. Enjoy
Great food. Great bartenders. Great ambiance. I met a friend there on my way back to NJ from Maine. That will be my a place I visit whenever I am in Boston.
Everything is great about this place but the Hostesses. I always make a reservation but still had a long wait time. I would have left but since it was my anniversary we didn't have a lot of options and we really wanted to see the band that was playing. After we were seated service, food and drinks we superb.
My boyfriend and I have been talking about this place almost daily since our first visit almost a year ago. We're planning another trip down soon because what this place has is truly special. Fantastic staff (so friendly, efficient and professional), food made with care, and some knock out drinks. We stayed for about 2 hours and enjoyed the entire experience. We're planning on making it for the brunch this time! This place has it all, a place you should take someone you love <3
Cozy and intimate, the food is delicious. Not thrilled with the 2 hour limit on sitting for dinner on a Saturday, especially if we continue to buy (food and drinks). Willing to try this place out on a weekday.
Had a really nice dinner here before seeing a pops performance. Great location, fast service and delicious food. Tons of flavor in the food and interesting drinks to try. It was loud but it felt lively rather than noisy. I definitely recommend!
! I honestly must have posted this as an accident. Changing now to my (honest!) Review of 5 stars. This place is amazing, I'm not sure what slip of the finger happened here.the music, food and atmosphere are consistently wonderful.
Great place ! The music and service were fantastic!! We went for Sunday brunch the food is very tasty. Something for everyone, I am a vegetarian but had no issues finding meatless options. My meat eater companions raved about the ham, chicken, ribs. You must try the mac and cheese 👍drinks are good we had a punch and some champagne all good. The music is very good, talented musicians. If u are in Boston definitely check it out ! Oh and reservations strongly recommended.
Love this place!! Always amazes me, service, food, quality.. everything about this place is great. Husband and I came for dinner on NYE, waiter was super nice and knowledgeable. Drinks were great as usual!!! Food always good, enjoyed the live entertainment, wish we could have stayed longer!! Please put the Meatloaf back on the menu!!!! ?😋
