So disappointed, went for brunch with friends and despite being comp'd I left feeling that a 5* hotel 's restaurant, should have done better. We arrived with a reservation, yet waited to be seated, then a while later our drink order was taken, 45 minutes after arriving our food order was taken, after almost 40 minutes the food arrives cold. I am sorry but I do expect better, I will visit again as I do feel this was the exception and not the standard.
We ate breakfast here all three days we stayed at the Four Seasons this weekend. All three times, the food was fantastic, and the service efficient, friendly and attentive (thank you Sean!). The hash browns were crispy, the bacon cooked absolutely perfect the way I requested it, and the coffee was strong and hot. They make the wheat bread in-house, and served the toast with butter and delicious pear preserves. One additional special callout for the carafe of fresh-squeezed orange juice: they serve it with two orange juice ice cubes so that it stays perfectly cold and doesn’t dilute while you’re drinking it. They think of everything! Breakfast at Edge is an experience not to be missed, in my opinion.
My family and I have been going for about 3 years for a early Christmas dinner now and every time we go it’s always a 5 star a experience!
Customer service was great! Adam was an amazing server. Everything was top notch! Breakfast was yummy. I highly recommended this for brunch
It’s our favorite place to eat. We used to only go for dinner but we have now also gone for breakfast and brunch. They are all amazing! You have to try the filet, bubbles and squeak, lobster Mac, and the sticky toffee pudding! So so good!

Great food and atmosphere. Appetizers were unique - the hot stone where you cook a small steak wasunique and delicious. Staff was top notch. Great dessert - whiskey flavored ice cream. 4 seasons is a beautiful setting. Great spot to dine downtown.
I have nothing but incredible things to say about EDGE. We came here to celebrate my 25th birthday and were taken care of 100% as soon as we walked in the door. The staff was warm, inviting, and extremely helpful. This was our first time here but we’ve never felt more welcomed. Our server Alex was amazing! He took the time to run through the concept and menu with us and helped talk us through our choices. He helped pair wine with our dinner choice. Never once was he stumbling to remember anything on the menu both food and wine. I was completely impressed. We were able to enjoy a night of wonderful food and conversation without feeling like we were being rushed through the meal. We had a wonderful night and plan on coming back here again and most definitely requesting to sit in Alex’s section. Thank you EDGE for helping to make my birthday special
Thanks for an amazing meal. The chefs room with privacy curtain down made it quiet and cozy. The A5 was amazing. Apparently your wine list is legit. The Sea Smoke was delicious. Your servers were polite and professional. Thanks, would love to return someday.
We had just arrived in Denver late. We were tired and hungry so we opted to stay in the hotel and dine at Edge. It was perfect! We both agreed that this place was great. We loved the restaurant decor. The service was wonderful and the meal was great! We would definitely recommend this restaurant in every way!
