I have lived in 7 different locations in the past few years. I used about 3 different moving companies and many times got items broken and/or mishandled. On my last move, Sep 29, 2018, I decided to find someone better. After searching the internet, I found First Choice Relocation. I can say hands down, they are the best movers I ever used. All my furniture and boxes were handled professionally and with care. Noting broken or mishandled! I hope my review can help someone make the right choice the first time!

We used First Choice for our move today. I simply cannot overstate what a good experience it was. I have used other local movers in the past and always had some level of disappointment. Kenny & Andy treated our belongings with respect. They were very professional. I did my research prior to selecting who i would use. Their ratings were outstanding. I can confirm based on my personal experience that they are deserving of the A+ rating. Would definitely use them in future.

Kelly and Brandon were AMAZING!! Best moving experience we have ever had, and we have moved 14 times in our marriage! Can’t say enough about their prompt efficient and respectful attitudes. I hate to slam anyone, but we have used Two Men and a Truck multiple times, this company beats them hands down! Great experience and won’t use anyone else for next move!

I called First Choice to receive a quote. I liked the quote and set a move-out date. I called twice before moving day to confirm time and to make sure no one needed to come check out what was being moved. Both times the date and time were confirmed and both times they declined to come look prior basing the quote solely off square footage. When moving day came, many comments were made about how much stuff we had and they didn't think they would be able to move it all. That should not be the customer's concern as they are supposed to be the professionals and had ample opportunity (2 weeks) to come assess a proper quote and what size truck would be needed. Sure enough, we were forced to leave items because there was not enough room in the truck. This forced me to rent a truck ($400 expense) and move the items myself at a later date. When the unloading was finished, the amount due was $200 more than the quote. When I questioned that, they said it was 'more than they planned for' which again seemed like an unprofessional error on their part. I can't do more than calling twice prior to moving date asking if they want to come look at it to give an accurate quote. The day of move-in, we started the washer and flooded our laundry room. The repairman came and pointed out a broken external piece that was caused by a 'heavy impact'. I called to question First Choice about this and they responded that they don't cover this type of thing. Even after explaining that it worked the day before move, the repair man wrote a report that a heavy impact broke the housing piece and that it didn't work just hours after they left, they denied any responsibility. The repairs there cost me $350. So while First Choice did have the cheapest quote, once you tack on the $950 in expenses incurred from either their lack of planning or damage to your property that they ignored or refused to take responsibility for, one would be much better off opting for other competitors.

After being royally screwed by 2 Men (underestimating the cost by over half) I decided to give First Choice movers a whirl. I have now used them for 3 different moves over the last several years. They always do such an exceptional job and at such a reasonable price. This past move was for my grandmother that passed away. They worked with us and helped drop off her belongings to three different locations. Can't thank them enough!

I can’t say enough good things about Gary and his crew of guys. They were beyond helpful, friendly, SUPER fast and efficient. I’ve had nightmare experiences with movers in my past, and they did a fantastic job! When they first walked into our house, all 8 of the guys shook our hands and introduced themselves and were really professional. They covered all my furniture so well, didn’t damage walls, moved all our things 3 hrs out of state and it all arrived in perfect condition. Don’t waste your time looking at any other companies— First Choice is the BEST around!!

Amazing owner and crew with first rate customer service and care for my personal belongings and myself. Highly recommend them to everyone!! We moved to another state and I had my things within 24 hours, unloaded at my new home.

I moved on Friday, May 31. The movers showed up on time, worked quickly, and got the job done! They take the time to pad the front door frame so as not to cause any damage, and they also do a great job of padding all your furniture. Everyone I dealt with - including the owner, the receptionist and the movers themselves were very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for doing such a great job!
