We had a great experience with our move to FL with monarch moving. We were pretty nervous with our first long distance move and doing it all ourselves with no clue where to start. We found monarch and called thankfully. they take care of everything from start to finish wonderfully.the movers were great and very professional and they have great customer service

Used this company to move from PA to FL. I must say other then the affordability, they made this process soooo easy. I have moved cross state before and HATED IT. this time i feel way different. First they gave me a reasonable time frame and actually showed up when they said they would. Nothing was broken and they helped me put things together even when they didn't have too. Thank you so much! i will recommend this company to anyone who needs to move!

I moved cross country to Philadelphia and was impressed with the ease and speed of the move. The employees were quick, friendly and responsible with my belongings. Management was very understanding and flexible. I was initially impressed with the prices that were more attractive than any of the competitors. I recommend Monarch for a move you are going to be making in the future

Just used Monarch for my move and I have to say that their service was exceptional. Kevin made the whole process a breeze as he always made himself available for any questions or concerns I had. Customer service was great as well. Both Dan and Jordan were very eager to help and were quick to resolve any issue I came across. Monarch as a whole made something that could have been very stressful, go very smoothly. They were punctual, were very swift with their time, yet careful, as all of my belongings arrived just the way I left them. Highly recommend.

I never write reviews. I think that customer service is so personalized, that sometimes things just don’t go right. I expected some bumps in the road during an interstate move, but, never what I received here. I’m going to give y’all the readers digest version of this- I had a move scheduled with Monarch for this past Thursday (5/23) between 12pm and 4pm. At 4pm, I CONTACTED THEM to inquire about the move to which I was informed that the carrier (because they’re a broker) wouldn’t be coming today due to “issues with another move”. I was rescheduled for my backup day, Friday (5/24) between 10am and 3pm. Around 3pm, I CONTACTED THEM to inquire about their ETA, they let me know that the driver would be calling me shortly. I never got a call from the driver. I called them three times and never got a response. Needless to say- they, nor their driver, ever showed up. Either way, don’t do it. Save yourself the frustration.

Had a terrible experience with monarch. If I could give them a negative rating I definitely would do so. I booked them not fully aware they were brokers. I provided my exact measurements to them. The actual movers came and quoted me $1000 more than the actual price given by MMG. I was told by their customer service person it was 502 cubic feet AND he called back to confirm the dimensions! The movers informed me it was 900 cubic feet. Monarch attempted to tell me it was my fault as I added additional items. The only items added was a disassembled dog kennel, 4 fold up lawn chairs, two coolers, and two Christmas wreaths. I cannot imagine this adding up to 900 cubic feet from the original 502 cubic feet. They’re own contract (#9) states it will not exceed the price quoted. Again, I cannot imagine my “extras” was 400 cubic feet! They were beyond unprofessional when confronted about this matter. I was disconnected by the owner during our phone conversation. I went against my gut after reading the negative reviews. Definitely. Definitely. DO NOT USE them.

Choosing to move with monarch was the best decision I have ever made. They made my move so stress free and everything was on time. They gave me a great price, always answered when I called with a concern, and really made sure that I had a great experience with my move. I highly recommend them to anyone that is thinking about moving. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Monarch moving company moved my family and I across the country with absolutely no stress or issues at all. Kevin with Monarch was a huge help in making this as easy as possible and he followed through on his guarantee that things would go smooth and be effortless on our end. We had little time to prepare for the move and had to work quickly for my husband's new job. I was extremely nervous, but it really could not have gone any better. We had most of the house packed before our moving day but we were pressed for time, the company that Monarch had contracted out finished what we couldn't and took the best care of all of our furniture, and fragile items. Boxes were labeled and loaded into the trucks with care, caution, and attention. When the truck arrived at the new house, boxes were placed in the rooms where they belonged in the new house and again, our furniture and fragile items were handled with the best attention. The rates Monarch gave me could not have been beaten and the other quotes I received failed in comparison. Kevin was instrumental in making my move easy and he worked with me every step of the way answering any questions I had well after normal office hours. He was available, kind, and went above and beyond. I would recommend Monarch to anyone I know who is moving and will use them again without hesitation if my family and I ever have to move again. Thank you Monarch and Kevin for taking the stress and guesswork out of moving across the country!

I am absolutely satisfied with my service from monarch. Everything went as smooth as possible especially after being ripped off from another company hours before I was scheduled to move. From the moment I contracted them they were extremely helpful with my move from Missouri to Pennsylvania. They answered any questions that I had, and arrived at my house more then capable to move what was needed. Even went the extra mile of even wrapping my valuables. I would totally choose them if I had to move again. Thank you monarch.
