I've been bringing my daughter here since she was 3 weeks old and Dr. Warren is an excellent pediatrician!! He always know everything and he is always very flexible and available to see her when she gets sick. Good parking lot. Very clean clinic.

This is a great place for the sick and poor to go and get good Quality help. My first time going here made me feel really important and put a smile on my face. I got all the meds I needed and the staff was very professional. Thank you good Samaritan crew!! Keep up the good work.

I went there with my mother the front desk lady is rude, they took all the spanish people first they don't care if you were here before them . The service is really poor.

I’ve been coming to Good Sam for years, this place has only gone downhill in regards to customer service. Front desk ladies are rude and scheduling an appointment is such a hassle!!!!! Everything else about this place is good but when the first people you encounter when you walk in or call are so unprofessional it makes you just want to turn away...

Rude desk lady, never answer the phone if you need appointment. Nothing about Christ love.the front desk lady don't let me make an appointment , I was there today. I tried to make the appointment in person because they said by phone that they would receive new patients today, my friend and I were there in front office for two hours and never answer the phone.

I wish I could put no stars. They can't answer the phone. The don't know how to transfer simple vaccine records. They can't spell correctly, or put correct dates. Do NOT go here if you don't need to. Save yourself the aggravation.

This name is ironic. They didn’t want to take my baby for an appointment because I don’t have a home and do not have enough phone numbers. The manager seemed like a person who hasn’t seen anything other than paperwork, fortunately for her, she doesn’t know what it’s like to be an orphan, to have no friends, no income, no home, because there’s a war in your home country. My exhausted baby and I have been waiting for over an hour before they showed some Christian mercy and took us. While I was holding my baby in one hand, filling out paperwork, my baby’s things fell down and nobody offered to help in any way. The guard was watching from his chair as I was picking things up while still holding the baby. There was no Christian kindness in the manager’s eyes- there was judgement and anger instead. She knows how to do paperwork, but she doesn’t know how to help people and how to be a good person. They should warn in advance that they won’t accept you if your close people are dead and you have no emergency contacts.

My son is 11yrs old and he goes to Dr. Warren since he was 4 months, now I have a 16 months old daughter and he takes a very good care of her. Dr Warren is very knowledgeable, the staff are always nice. The only thing that can be bad is scheduling appointment over the phone, but if you have paciente you’ll get your appointment.
