Highly unprofessional. More interested in making money off of parents than treating with compassion and good medical background. Not one of the fave or top MAPS docs, so buyer beware. When speaking negatively about another mother or father/family or child in the office, perhaps she should make sure that other parents in the office cannot hear her conversation. If it is a phone conversation, make sure that the mother or father that you are griping about is put on hold where they can't hear the horrible things that you and your office staff are saying about them or the personal information that you are discussing about another pediatric patient. No one wants this to happen, but it has happened in the past with your office staff. A suggestion would be to train on professionalism, office staff manners, and of course, patient confidentiality and what that means. You have lost all of our confidence and business, and that includes most of the biomedical mothers and fathers that live in the area that still talk about this in support groups.

Dr. Hirani is very talented and able to alleviate symptoms better than any other doctor i've used. My diagnoses was lyme disease and i had 4 years of treatment by other doctors with very little success. Dr. Hirani focused on my symptoms and bloodwork. She treated me and symptoms improved dramatically. Im grateful to have met her.
