The entire staff is horrible! I can never get through on the phone. When I finally got through to schedule my appointment, I was unable to get any kind of information about the practice or information regarding the frequency of follow-up visits or anything. The receptionist seemed to know very little about the practice. I was told that I had to pay all out of pocket for very pricey consult just to get an idea of what to expect. At the initial visit, I was not started on any kind of treatment. We already knew what my problems were and why I was there, I already had extensive testing done prior to seeing her. Instead, she orders me some of the most irrelevant labs that I have ever had and then precedes to tell me that I have to pay for another pricey consult just to discuss lab results and/or treatment. I was sick and unable to get back in for months! I felt no care from her or any of her staff at all! I received no guidance or any kind of care or treatment at all without paying her a bunch of money upfront, but even when I did, I was still unable to get proper care. She did not listen to me at all. She was just way too concerned with herself and what she thinks she knows, which is far less than she will probably ever know. Such a sad excuse for a medical professional and the staff is just as bad. No need to complain to a staff member about the other because they are a team and will stick together no matter what. We are the outsiders and that was what I felt like from the very beginning. It felt cold hearted in there from the minute I walked in the door at Holistic Wellness, and that was the type of treatment that I received. I had to constantly issue reminders for medication refills and other things that should have been taken care of when I was there. Randee's top priority is very obviously money and self protection. Her lack of compassion for others is very evident, to me anyway. I never get called back or contacted with guidance when test results come back clearly abnormal. She is just not concerned with her patients at all! Regardless of what your problem is or how serious it is, if you are out of network and do not have a bunch of money to feed her at that very moment... then you are out of luck! I wish there was something positive that I could add, but this was a horrible experience in every way possible.
