Great dealer with good customer service. They stay to their words unlike other dealers who just wants to get you in their door. Get a quote online and just walk in with that information. Service department is good too. They provide shuttle to T and nearby areas.

I have been driving Mercedes cars for the past 8 years and would have not felt comfortable to make a switch if it wasn't for Samantha Lambert and Sim's assistance. Buying a new car can be a hassle sometimes and it is hard to trust your salesperson. I am happy to say that Samantha was there to offer solutions and she turned my need for a new car into a real experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find someone who was there to serve me, not just the dealership. She listened carefully my preferences and gave me exactly what I needed. I am extremely happy with my lease plan and my vehicle and would recommend her to everyone reading this.

Their service department is outstanding! They take great pains to explain recommended services in easy to understand terms and have always enabled me to keep my vehicles running smoothly! Alex in sales is the best! When you are shopping for a car, these guys truly treat you like family. There is no run around about prices and bottom lines or non of the dealership BS. They are straight to the point and truly bend over backwards to get you riding in style. I have been doing business with these guys for years and I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! So if you are looking for a new car, go see the family guys!

I went into Honda today and left with my brand new 2019 HRV! The sales team has been amazing through this entire process. Alex was super friendly and greeted me with a huge smile while pointing me in the right direction. Sim and Oscar were the sales men who helped me out. They let me know the entire process and every step I needed to take. Everyone was detailed, thorough, friendly, and extremely helpful to get me into the right car. I like how transparent they are here, they don’t stereotype, they treat everyone fair and similarly. I highly recommend going to this Honda if you’re looking for a great deal to get YOUR perfect car. I will always and forever go to this Honda. I live in Lynn, and still drive to THIS Honda because everyone there is absolutely amazing. Everyone in the sales department is more than capable of helping you out! They left quite the impression.

I love Honda Cars of Boston. A few weeks ago I received a call from my previous dealership (where I bought the car) and they went on this random story about how they have this student looking for an older car, and they remembered selling me mine, and had this amazing deal if I wanted to trade it in, blah blah blah…I asked if they honestly were feeding me that. I reminded them of my two unfortunate situations with their service department, both with a service advisor, and then with the manager, and as a result, I prefer to pay the $100 deductible on my extended warranty and go to another dealership than to return to them. I love love love Taylor. At my last visit, I needed extra work to be done, and she was AMAZING! She sat with me, went through everything and all of my questions. She then walked me through the equation of when enough is enough, and figuring out a year's worth of car payments, and when I hit that in car repairs (outside of normal maintenance), that’s when I trade in my car. I'm convinced that together, her and I are getting my CR-V to the 200,000 mile mark. Back to that day with Taylor, she even had an Uber for me to get to work, and another one to bring me back to the dealership when my car was ready to be picked up! I really appreciate her hard work behind the scenes to make sure that I am taken care of. She always goes the extra mile, and it never goes unnoticed! I love Honda Cars of Boston!!

It was a pleasurable experience - Hassle free. James was very informative and honest. He tried to give good advice. Sales manager tried to make a great deal. Wasn’t too crowded for a weekend visit. Ben and Alex was great as well! Would do business with them again.
