Very pleasant, professional office experience. Excellent service. Doctor was very thorough on her examination. I will recommend this office to anyone the Zeiss lenses really helped my vision much more than any other lense I've ever wore.
I hardly recommend this place only because you not going to loose your time to wait for somebody and they are professionals, specially Dr. Irina Stoica , O.D. she is really good, professional, gives you all the information you need and she really know what is her job. Thank you again Dr. Irina Stoica for everything, you are the best, we need more people like you.

Went in hoping the optician could help adjust my glasses that I had purchased out of state with the hope of finding a new glasses shop for next time I adjust my prescription! To add insult to injury (literally) the rude optician said he would adjust them but that my glasses were all wrong for me. (Well, thanks!) When I took the glasses back they were now squeezing my head. Went a block up to LensCrafters- might be too low brow for that guy, but they adjusted my glasses properly and with a smile. I’m unimpressed by the artisanal, pretentious situation at James Leonard and will not be recommending them.
You’ll find excellent customer service at James Leonard! Eugene was extremely helpful and is incredibly knowledgeable. I cannot thank you enough for helping me find my perfect new frames. They’re the best!
Great doctor and product specialists! Very excited to wear the glasses that I chose. Tristan can see into your heart and find the perfect glasses that you didn't know you needed until he suggested it and wouldn't even dare try on without his expert advice.
The staff and doctor are very nice and helpful. They took extra time to explain everything, including what I am eligible for. They also made efforts to provide me with the most cost effective option for my contact lenses.
The place has a great selection of frames, very good doctors, and Tristan is very good at finding a frame that would flatter one’s face shape. Where they fail is with the quality of their lenses. I simply can’t afford to be back: my lenses need to be replaced every 6 mos, something I never experienced in 25+ years I wear glasses. Supposedly the lenses they installed (3 different times, different eyeglasses) were top of the line Carl Zeiss lenses with anti-scratch protection. The way I care for the eyeglasses hasn’t changed. I brought the issue up with them but the replacement lenses I fully paid for didn’t fair any better. I won’t be back.
