Dr. Margaret is very thorough and helpful.
Absolutely some of the most unprofessional staff I've ever had to deal with. They wouldn't accept my insurance card because it was a temporary, and said they had no way to verify my coverage. When I told them to call Cigna and verify my coverage, they told me that "There's no way to do this." They brought some big burly guy out from the back to try an intimate me. I work in the healthcare field, and everything they told me was wrong. They aren't the only audiologist in town, so I hope everyone chooses somewhere else, and avoids this unprofessional shop.
Second appointment to get audiometric exam. I arrive before scheduled time. Not recognized as my chart had not been pulled. No other patients. I complain after waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time and no one appears to explain. After complaining again to a blank faced receptionist and waiting another 5 minutes, I walk out and will find another facility.
Had an appointment with these people and they were so disorganized and short-tempered. The doctor was abrupt and not very nice and seemed real preoccupied and I will not be back.
I can't say enough good things about Austin Hearing Services and Dr. Margaret Hutchison. She was recommended to me by my family doctor. Dr. Hutchison is very qualified, experienced, and attentive. She worked with me until I found just the right hearing aid. The staff is very friendly, efficient , and helpful. They have two locations and convent parking. I am so glad I went to Austin Hearing Services and Dr. Margaret Hutchison.

I have been fitted with two pairs of hearing aids over the years at Austin Hearing Services, almost 3 pair, the first one I took somewhere else, but returned back later on as I had liked the service I got from Dr. Hutchison.
I’ve had hearing tests at other audiologists but because of a move I needed another doctor. I received my most thorough hearing assessment from Dr. Hutchison. Her recommendation resulted in a hearing aid that has given me great service. I recommend Austin Hearing Services.
The services that I received were top notch. Services were explained and questions answered. Although I did not purchase at Austin Hearing Services I would definitely go back.
Wonderful experience. Larry and Dr. Hutchinson were professional, personable, and caring during my visit. I was initially scheduling a couple weeks out but they insisted on working me in and do everything in their power to help me. I truly appreciate their kindness. I highly recommend this office!
