Well I came in the other day. Dr. Kurzwell was the man I saw. I asked him what AIDS stood for. He told me he didn't know. I was like really. He told me word for word "what the f*** do I look like to you Encyclopedia Britanica?" Then I thought he was about to back hand me. Then he proceeded to tell me "Google that s***, Nig**". I swear on everything that is holy he called me a swear word for a negro. Very strange. Also had to pay a few buck for parking. Probably won't be back.

Had spine surgery with Dr. Yuan -amazing doctor! Quick to get an appointment, and they keep on time with their appointments. They run a tight ship in the office. Years ago, I had seen someone in the same group about an elbow issue and that doctor had a very conservative, effective approach as well. Would drive quite a ways to see them!

I have been in paid for over 8 months because of their misdiagnosis and mistreatment. I finally switched insurance and was able to see another medical group that properly diagnosed me. They don't care, they rush their visit. Overall a horrible experience, and the doctors should be feel ashamed at the level of care they provide. Especially when you don't know whats wrong with you, don't expect them to help. My insurance even cut back my treatment and all that needed to be done was the doctors here to talk to the insurance company to continue treatment and the people working here said they would not do that and is not something that they do here. Instead I had to go out of pocket to continue treatment. Again shame to everyone here.

Treatment of my wife was horrible. Poor diagnosis and dismissal of her symptoms. Visit were short and rushed. Ignored the cyst on the MRI which was causing the nerve issue with my wife. Just told us it was fine and we should continue physical therapy. After several months we had to go to another doctor and get a proper treatment plan. Doctors are not invested in your health. No follow up calls or interest in her well being.

I , have been a patient at memorial orthopedic surgical group aprox. 2.9 yrs. I have seen Dr Philip yuan, Dr. Albert t’sai and Dr. David Lee.i rated Dr. yuan on yelp, ( 5 stars) and review. Dr. Tsai has treated and monitored my knee , with expertise; empathy and great care. (5 stars) Dr. David Lee, I saw for my foot/ankle issues, I really appreciated ; his referral to Nancy Godfrey (Rheumatologist): . Physical therapy; simply amazing. Jason Smith , DPT, was my p.t. For 18 mos. He , worked with me pre/post surgically ,(2,surgeries,1 procedure): Jason, consistently and accurately evaluated me, and individualized my treatment plan. Jason, is a highly skilled, empathetic, and truly compassionate pt. I feel privileged, to have received such wonderful care. I 100 percent trust Jason’s opinions, and treatment plans. Jason , transitioned, me smoothly from pt to the gym program,.Thank you Jason, for being so amazing ( also super caring , and patient) through my downs and some ups during my 18 mos of pt.

This review is for the physical therapy not the actual orthopaedic. The colossal, unsightly bovine, Veronica was very annoyed at me when having to get up off her seat to get my change for the parking lot gate token. I had given her a $5 bill and needed only one token. Veronica only had 3 one dollar bills and wanted to give me two tokens. Since all I needed was one, exactly one, token for the gate I insisted on receiving my proper change. Makes sense, right? She then was given the immense task of having to rise up off her seat to go to the back to get my change. All 350lbs of her wobbling, gelatinous self. She then returned with my change (sweating profusely however) and the situation was returned to normal.
