Our company is a family run business that provides stretch therapy services in and around the Miami area, here in beautiful Florida. We started our service for those that prefer or need a therapist to come to their home out of convenience or necessity.

Gavin has been extremely instrumental in greatly improving my overall appearance and health through proper physical training and nutritional advice. His vast knowledge in fitness and nutrition is exceptional. I have never worked with a better trainer, and I truly admire his enthusiasm and eagerness in helping me to reach my physical and nutritional goals.
I've been using Gavin's services, for the last few months. I have MS, and he has helped me immensely in numerous ways. I've been able to use my right arm and hand to hold things, and my gait has improved. Gavin has the unique ability, to feel for the problem areas in my muscles, and use the exact amount of pressure in stretching or stimulating the particular muscle. His knowledge, combined with his great personality make him a "10"! I've had physical therapy for years, but never accomplished anything close to what I've accomplished in these few months with Gavin. My wife gets migraines, which start in her neck, and he's helped her too! Thank you Gavin!!

Gavin is very knowledgeable at his craft. He knows exactly where to target the muscles with his deep vibration device to melt type fibers and find the restriction in the range of motion to restore healthy functionality. As a busy massage therapist I have used Gavin several times to have him break up the Deep tension in my muscles and allow me to work more effectively I highly recommend his services
Gavin is hands-down the best massage/stretch therapist I've ever had. He is diligent and dedicated. He is thoughtful, caring and has a positive, peaceful attitude. He knows the body, and if you're interested, he will explain in detail why he's doing what he's doing. Gavin's work is so much more than a "feel good" massage. This is therapy. It's very deep, and it can be very intense. Gavin pours his heart and soul into his work. You get up from the table feeling you've accomplished something. He has helped me immensely, and I'm very grateful.
I have been seeing Gavin for couple of months now and his work has helped my body on many levels. I'm very active and I have a few tennis related injuries and each time Gavin works on my body I feel huge relief. Definitely try him out. Nice guy too:)
Gavin is the best! I was advised I needed to return to NY and meet with a back surgeon. Of course, I refused. It was rec to try PT. While I waited for the rec PT to call me, my husband found Gavin. He reviewed all my mri's, epidural notes and went to work. After being in pain for 3 months, not being able to sit for more than 10 minutes, I was pain free, able to sit and even touch my toes. His calm, soothing positive demeanor, along with his knowledge of the muscles which needed attention was incredible. Not only did I start feeling like doing more than lying in bed, but was able to start rowing again. . I have recently returned to NY and all I can say is I really miss Gavin.
I’ve had hip pain for over a year now from previous injuries as a dancer. I’ve tried massage, various stretching methods and physio therapy but the pain always returned. Not only was Gavin able to pinpoint exactly what the problem was, after only one session I felt relief. He is amazing and I don’t say that lightly. He is very professional, punctual and truly has a passion for helping others. 5 stars all the way. . . Gavin was able to help my husband’s chronic back pain as well but we will put that in a separate review!
Gavin was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped stretch out my lower back using various techniques. The session was extremely effective. He also shared some exercises that I can do at home. He puts his customers first and cares a lot about their well being. Extremely friendly and personable. I highly recommend him.
