I had Jashiah for my first appointment and she did a phenomenal job. I came in having a lot of pain in my hip and now I’m coming back every week before my workouts to help with the pain i been dealing with for the past few years. I recommend this place to anyone dealing with any pain issues.
Received a free card in the mail and so I gave it a shot. After a bad car accident 20+ years ago my hips and lower back have been super tight. For many years I have been living with pain and limited range of motion. With the help of Jashiah my range of motion is getting better. Each week she has pushed me farther and farther. I’m excited to see how far I can go. I haven’t been able to touch my toes in 20 years. That my goal! I’ve been 3 times now and have signed up for the year. I also have purchased the extra visits so I can come at least weekly.
Reach Stretch Studios Rice Village greatly exceeded my expectations! The facility is clean, therapeutic feeling, and the staff was very professional. I tried this place because of classpass, but I will definitely be coming here again soon. My stretch therapist was Jashiah, and she did a very thorough job. She was able to identify the areas in my legs that needed the most work like my calves. I always thought I was pretty inflexible, but I was surprisingly more flexible that I thought. Their methods of assisted stretching work very well, and I haven't felt this good in awhile. Thanks Reach Stretch Studios Rice Village, I highly recommend y'all to everyone!
Amazing experience. Whether you're an athlete or sit at a desk all day, Reach therapists will work with you to ease muscle tightness and tension, customizing each session to fit your particular needs. The stretch therapists and staff are well trained and professional. My personal experience was with Nikki Lumpkin - she was phenomenal. The facility is clean and has a pleasing, therapeutic ambiance. In each room they have speakers hooked up to web music platforms - you tell them what you want to listen to during your stretch and they'll put it on!
Decided to give this a try, little skeptical... wow. The stretch felt SO good, the staff is super friendly, my therapist was amazing! Really cool little place. Excited about my membership!!!
I’d stay away from this place!! I made an appointment and when I got there they said they had too many walk-ins to accommodate my appointment. ??? Why would you take walk-ins? Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. No phone call, no email, nothing. Such a waste of time! I emailed the “‘manager” and have yet to hear back. Get a massage at hand and stone down the street - you’ll save time as they accommodate their appointments. Just don’t go here. Who knows if I’ll get my money back from this place. I will continue to tell everyone I know to stay far away from here.
I had a great stretching session! Daniela was able to release some of the tension and stiffness in my muscles. Can’t wait for my next session.
I’ve never been to a stretch studio but I highly recommend! Loved the experience and will definitely be back.
Tried my free session about 4 months ago and haven’t been able to stop going since! Never knew how important stretching was until I met Joseph. He really helps me get a great stretch and also helps me learn more about my body and how to continue to become the best version of me!! Definitely recommend trying this out with Joseph.
OMG! From the minute i walked in all i saw were smiling faces. It is a very pleasant and calming environment and i'm so grateful for the therapeutic aspect of the stretch. Both joseph and victoria have been the direct cause of my herniated disc to finally get some relief. Thank you to everyone there.
