The Best Gym in the área
Pacific Heights Health Club is a great little neighborhood gym. They have all the equipment you need with group lessons that include yoga, pilates, cardio workouts. The instructors are great and the entire staff is very warm and friendly. I've been a member for 5 months now and I love it.
The new equipment, and the new base under the Squat Rack, make this gem of a gym perfect for any workout system. Thank You!
PHHC is a great, intimate neighborhood gym with a reasonable monthly membership fee. The staff is friendly and the gym is clean. It is never crowded, there is always ample space to workout using whichever equipment you'd like. If you prefer to workout in a group setting there are a few class offerings included in your membership. They also offer small group and personal training at an additional rate. The only reason I did not give PHHC 5 stars was because of my personal preference for a greater variety of class offerings, specifically yoga. They do not offer yoga classes included in your membership.
This was the ideal gym for me during my stay in Pacific Heights. The prime location made it convenient to incorporated into my routine. Trying the first day for free is what sold me!
Loved going to PHHC. Cozy and intimate gym, but yet fully equipped and never too busy. The retractable roof was a great touch that gave the place a nice outdoor feel on sunny days. Very attentive staff, and great location just off Fillmore. Highly recommend.
This is the most wonderful gym. They've got everything you need, friendly staff, and it has much more of an atmosphere than a big chain gym. The best part though, by far, is the fact that a 12x12 skylight can open completely at your whim so you get some sun and fresh air while working out!
I was a member of PHHC for close to a year and really enjoyed my experience there. I lived in Pac Heights, so it was just a few blocks away and never too crowded (even during peak times). The staff and owner do a great job of keeping the equipment and space updated/clean, which I greatly appreciated.
