I would leave a lower rating of possible! The managers and salesman Joe and Alex were the ONLY ones who treated me with respect and by the time everything was said and done i had probably dealt with half a dozen people. and after a very dramatic situation that took nearly a month to resolve they promised me they would detail my new (used car) and gas it up. Neither of which happened so now I have to clean someone else's trash out of the trunk and vacuum it myself because they couldn't be bothered to hold up even the simplest of promises. Promise after promise was made and never kept. They had no respect for me as a person or my time, they kept me waiting 5 hours just to sign the final paperwork after the vehicle was paid for. I will NEVER send anyone I care about to this dealership and I am appalled at the service I received. And then come to find out they sold my information to a bunch of insurance companies and now I'm bombarded all day long with sales calls.
Not only was Joe and the rest of the staff friendly polite and professional on New Years day they took the time to make sure I got the truck I wanted gave me plenty of options they gave me a fair price for my trade and got me everything I asked of them. I have bought and sold a lot of vehicles in my life and this was the best experience I have ever had with a dealer. I highly recommend them.

I had the most enjoyable time with my search for a car! Joseph Simon, or Joey, was the most wonderful salesman I have had the pleasure of working with! He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, had lots of good ideas for what would fit me and my budget. Very honest and delightful! Happy to do business with him, will see him again! Ask for him when you visit, you won't be sorry!
They sold me a Ford with only one key, and it was not the MyKey master. I wasn't able to accelerate past 80mph. They would only pay half of the $315 it cost to have a new key made and the MyKey system reset.
A further failing of their inspection process was the nearly dead headlights (low beam bulbs). They are completely dead now, barely a month after purchase. When I went to try and replace them, I found some ghetto-rigged soldering job and dead bulbs GLUED into the sockets. New headlamp assemblies would cost a minimum of $350 each, not including bulbs, if I could install them myself. I have neither the tools nor the facilities to properly remove the front bumper (which is necessary in order to remove the headlamp assemblies) without damaging anything, so I must find a mechanic and pay extra for the parts on top of labor charges. Now I have to pay even more out of pocket to fix a safety hazard that should have been taken care of before the car was even put up for sale.
Hello. My Nissan Versa is a nice car. Alex was very helpful to us.So was the finance man. After I left the only thing was the tire light was on. One tire was low. My son-in-law checked the tires. I am satisfied. Pls. Let me know when you can fix the windshield. Thank you.

Car shopping is not my favorite experience, and last minute we were calling for information on a car in Colorado Springs from Denver. Brian Whitlatch helped us out and offered to pull the car to the side as we drove down from Denver to take a look. He got to know us and what I really wanted out of my car and he made sure to point out the different qualities and features that were going to be most valuable to me. He was also very patient with us when it came to haggling a price and making arrangements. I was also extremely surprised and pleased with his follow up after purchasing a car. He went as far as to call me for a week or two after purchasing it to make sure everything was going great and there were no questions regarding how to use anything on the car.
5/5 experience and I am picky. Their rep Joe Simon was a standout associate to work with. Guy knows vehicles backwards and forwards and has customer service to match. He got me everything I wanted and helped me out big time after the sale, this guy makes it happen and it's a great dealership, enjoyed the manager's time Keith as well.

When I had some problems with my truck, and the warranty company, I spoke with the GM of Phil Long Value Car, and he took care of everything. He really cares about his customers, and will do his best to fix an issue, Thank you for helping me get my truck fixed. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.
Excellent dealership with an awesome selection for every interest. If you find yourself at this dealership, ask for Colby Racine and he will take care of you as long as you have a realistic goal/offer. I absolutely hate this part of the review and do not believe the dealership is at fault, however, avoid salesman Evan as he is not personable and did not answer three out of three of my phone calls, a text message, and misquoted actual features of the vehicle. Overall I would absolutely do business here again!
