Review & Rating
Three members of my family have visited this office, all very selective people, and I can see now why they took me here. This place is the best physical therapy clinic I've ever attended. The staff at the front desk and the physical therapists in the back are all extremely professional and friendly and welcoming and patient. I was not at all intimidated by the front desk, I felt very confident of their abilities and willingness to help me. My physical therapist really took the time to listen and discuss the past and present problems of my pain and explained easily what had caused my past pain and what was causing my remaining pain. She answered every question we had. She was kind, patient, extremely knowledgable, and made us laugh. There was no waiting, the appointment started on time, and we left the appointment with detailed instructions and a battle plan of how to treat, prevent, and heal the pain. I would recommend this clinic to absolutely everyone and anyone. Amazing, well done. Liz and McKinsey deserve gold stars and bonuses for their brilliant customer service.
Stephanie is especially good at showing me how to help myself with exercises. She demonstrates the procedures, then guides me as I do the them. The ultrasound & deep muscle physical manipulation is very effective. Stephanie is a pleasure to spend time with while she helps me deal with my physical problems.
I think Dr. Cadet is one of the more impressive young surgeons I have seen, both as a patient and as a former malpractice lawyer for physicians. He initially appeared reserved but warmed up, answered all questions authoritatively and heard and considered my goals and preferred treatment. He was also a good clinician for the office procedure that was necessary. I am glad that I chose him for my orthopedic issue. (I meant to give him 5 stars but if I tapped the wrong end and ended up giving him only one star, that was a mistake!)
Raleigh Orthopedic has a spacious, well-equipped PT clinic which is well managed. The two therapists who treated me were friendly and attentive, and provided a great combination of advice, treatment, and rehab routines to help me get back up to speed asap. My rehab is going really well, thank you!
Dr. Boes was on time and had everything ready for my appointment. He is professional, straight forward, with tack and compassion, and listens to your concerns. He adds a short, personal conversation while you're there, but never crosses any lines...not even close. He cares, but doesn't waste your time, or his, and you don't feel like he's pushing you out the door. Deborah, his assistant, is very pleasant and greets you with a smile. She is also professional, and compassionate about your health concerns. A+ team!!!
Best ortho surgeon here in the Triangle. Patients want a doctor to take the time to evaluate the problem, give an honest assessment, let the patient be involved in the next steps, be excellent in their craft, and provide post operative support. Dr. Barker is a great surgeon who is patient, excellent at what he does, and has a great staff backing him. I would recommend him to family and friends.
I've been a patient for over ten years. Two hip replacements and bad knees...These folks are truly professional in every way. They saw me on Christmas Eve and had a ton of patients waiting... everyone was so nice and didn't mind being there for all of us 'sick' patients. My two surgeries were successful and recovery was easy. They know what they are doing!
I really like Dr. Vaughn’s PA Liz Fuller. She is excellent! Me. Fuller is very knowledgeable and experienced. I appreciate her directness and jot sugar coating. I had bilateral knee replacement Dec 2016 and R Hip replacement Dec 2017 having exhausted all other avenues and Ms. Fuller participated in both surgeries. She told me like it is and challenged me. I had to return today and she told me that I needed to continue building up my muscles and this is why my knee cap is dislodging over my implant and causing considerable pain. I thought I was doing well and yet not enough to continue strengthening my knees, especially my left knee. Thank you Ms. Fuller! You are the best.
I was welcomed and greeted upon entering. Staff friendly and efficient. Nurse was patient and understanding. Very helpful when your nervous. Dr was very nice and explained my healing with communication skills so that I would understand. Very pleasant to speak to and answer questions. Made my experience a quick one and thoroughly appreciated experience.
