What an amazing find ,oh my goodness fantastic range of fabrics helpful fun ladies to help you and they know exactly what stock they have .We had a very relaxing cup of coffee before getting to grips with the stock ranges .Oh and did I mention eye candy as well ladies .I will certainly be returning when we are next that way .

The staff are absolutely fabulous, nothing is too much trouble. Very helpful full of knowledge and advice and l am a phone purchaser. I would love to visit the shop next time I am down, l do believe they have a husband creche, lovely

I've just bought a new sewing machine from here. Big decision, silly set of requirements and questions and they were patient, full of knowledge, nothing too much trouble. Left me time to ponder. Follow up questions over the phone really well answered and honest about how difficult something is or could be. I would recommend them and well worth the drive.

The store has a great selection of fabrics online and I ordered a selection of fat quarters for a new project and was pleased that they were delivered within 24 hours. Of the 13 quarters I ordered, one was incorrect and was the plain version and not the marbled finish I wanted. I phoned and a lovely member of staff immediately sent me the correct fabric free of charge (I'd hoped to be let off paying postage, so this exceeded my expectations). The replacement was with me the following morning. Maybe I'm weird, but this small error and the very positive way they handled it increased my confidence in The Sewing Studio and I'll definitely be using their internet service in the future and recommending them to my sewing friends (pity I live to far away to visit in person).

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went as i wasn't sure what i needed. Didnt know the place was so big. It is a tardis. Even had a cuppa in there.come away with a brilliant sewing machine and enthusiasm for a new hobby. Classes available also. Will be going back again as soon as santa has let me have my new machine. One very happy customer.

It is a lovely sewing shop you could not get better staff, they will help you if you need it and the materials are all very good, and a coffee shop .👍🏻😊

I cannot rate the service I received today highly enough. Thank you Matt! I placed my order for an overlocker this morning and have just received a text telling me it will be delivered tomorrow. Knowledge, helpfulness, humour and simple good old-fashioned customer service have made me one happy lady. Can't wait to play with my new toy. It's a shame I do not live near the shop, I would be visiting daily. At least there is an excellent website to buy from. Update: My overlocker arrived promptly early the next day. It is everything I expected and more. Love it!
