I don't recommend Winn Volkswagen at all. They couldn't find out why my front light didn't work - even charged 150 $ to look into the issue. In the end they called and said they would have to replace the whole front light which was around 850 $. I didn't agree and took my car someplace else. The people at this other place immediately found out that the socket of the light bulb was bad and replaced it. Cost me 100 $ altogether. During the same visit at Winn – which was actually already 5 months ago - I had my 60 000 Mile inspection done and they were also supposed to take care of a recall issue – But I just got a notice from Volkswagen that I still need to take care of the recall. I don’t know if they even took care of it the first place. I called Winn 2 weeks ago and they told me that they don’t have the parts and that Volkswagen is withholding them. They would give me a call – never happened. Yesterday I received another notice – urgent. So I decided to call VW in Santa Monica and they scheduled me for tomorrow. No parts issues whatsoever. I don’t trust Winn Volkswagen in Woodland Hills. I will never go back.

Kenneth took great care of us. Gave us a quote online and when we came in we got what we were promised. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Finance office was excellent. Best car experience I’ve had. Thanks team.

Very bad experience and wasted time! Drive off is 1500! And the prices are ridiculous for lease just only 7500 miles per year.

Just been lied to for 15 minutes by Mike the internet sales manager, or at least that us what he claimed to be. Under new management same lying schemes. Came in for the VW sign and drive promotion and this lying sales manager was saying that i needes to pay $675 Acquisition fee when the fine print clearly says that the acquisition fee is included in the total monthly payment on VW website. All of you should be ashamed for being such categorical liars. Trying to have me pay an additional $1,400 for "fees" that "VW forgot to disclose." Lairs because their father is the father of lies.

This place used to be Livingston VW that mounted so many lawsuits against them because of multiple violations they committed. They changed their name but same scum employees specially that Russian Goulag Jean. They sold me a lemon that almost killed me on the freeway. By contacting VW customer service it was apparent they knew about the car malfunctions but sold it to me anyway. VW of America told me to take the brand new car back to Livingston and get a new car. Livingston refused to give me a new car because Jean would lose his commission. Making the story short VW of America gave me the run around and Livingston VW destroyed the car even more to retaliate against me for filling a complaint. Save yourself a lot of headache and DO NOT BUY VW!!

First time here and I'll be back for sure. Tried unsuccessfully for months at my regular VW dealer to have an airbag recall performed. Multiple follow-ups didn't happen. I called these guys, who are a little farther from my house but they scheduled me for two days later and got it done. On top of that, they found another needed repair that was covered under warranty, and squeezed it in on a tight timeline so I could have my car back quickly. The other dealer had mentioned this too - but nothing about the warranty, quoting me a high price instead, and I'd decided to wait. Very positive experience, great service!

Thank you for the walk in service on my VW Alltrack today and for taking the time to discuss the new e golf. Coffee and popcorn were also a good bonus 👍 Also got a complimentary car wash that was much appreciated. Side note, IMHO, Volkswagen needs to reinstate passion for its brand to their employees. The face of your company is your floor, treat them well and with appreciation. They work hard.
