Con Artists at best, incompetent at worst. Seriously I took pictures of a damaged Burberry jacket and emailed them asking if they could fix it. They said they could, but they couldn't give me an estimate, so I send it in, and guess what, they charged me $18 and sent it back and said they couldn't help me. What a racket!
Bought a Designer Silk Purse that was slightly used with some stains, With Out a Trace made the Purse look Brand New! They are miracle workers! They also clean inside purses that have been soiled. I will be going to them from now on. Very Happy! They are conveniently located on Bryn Mawr.
I have used them on several occasions over the years for holes or tears in sweaters or other garments. The quality is excellent and repairs are invisible. As to costs, you need to decide what the item is worth, but consider the labor involved before complaining
