I took my car to Amazing to get a braking issue diagnosed. When they completed diagnostic they were frank about the issue and very friendly even after I decided the repair was something I could do. I want to also give credit where do and add that I was initially skeptical of their prognosis (the part in question was new) but was very pleasantly surprised that their recommendation was exactly correct. I will be bringing my business back.

*My name on google is Taylor Bush but my real name is Taylor Longoria.* They replaced two heater hoses for almost $900 without letting me know beforehand the price and what to expect. They said it would be $800 originally. I received my vehicle back and an apparent rodent chewed threw the bottom of my car on the passenger side (there was a huge hole) and this was while they were working on it for 4 days in their shop. •They did not offer to help fix the problem •They acted like they had not seen this •It was completely obvious They also knew I had leaks in my car. When it was done they told me that they never checked for any other problems like I asked them to SEVERAL times. They only changed the two hoses, after charging me $900 they couldn’t at least diagnose my vehicle after it had overheated so many times?!?! I guess they are that busy..? Overall they did a good job at replacing the hoses, but terrible customer service and I will not be back!

I was out of town on business. Patrick took my call at ten pm at night, my van was towed there. They identified the issue accurately by noon and had it fixed by five pm. Really took the stress off the trip. If you're from out of town looking for an excellent shop- this is the one to call. If you are local, this is a great shop.

Patrick was quick to get back to me, diagnosed my issue and quoted the repair that day. Both he and Kevin were very helpful and able to replace my AC blower motor while I was at work. Their shuttle service is what saved me since I couldn't take any time off. Very thankful they could fix it quickly with this heat :)

They fit me in last minute when I needed a buyer's check on a used vehicle I was considering. They gave me lots of great information so I could make an informed decision. Furthermore, they were very prompt and friendly! Would definitely use them again.

Quick, thorough service, clean and comfy waiting area, nice bathroom, good prices, and the owner arranged to have my state inspection done along with my oil change by the business next door when I mentioned I was getting my registration. Even though they don't offer this service, they went out of their way to drop my car off next door and return it after the inspection - I never left the waiting area and I was able to pay for both at once. I'll definitely be returning. Oh, and Yogi the dog is a great bonus :)

Great experience with the team at Amazing Auto Repair this weekend. My car broke down Friday morning and my check engine light was flashing. The team diagnosed my issues, fixed my car, and even scheduled an after hours pickup for me the following day when the my were closed. I was able to have my vehicle for the weekend, which was a lifesaver! Thank you!!! Will be returning for future repairs.
