Amazing experience. Brought my car in for front end auto body repair, had great interaction with front desk who were super helpful and friendly. The team worked hard to turn my car around quickly, and they had it back to me within 5 days. Have had similar repairs done before at another shop and had to wait over 2 weeks for the repairs to be completed. Would absolutely recommend Glenville Terrace Auto!

Awesome place. Outstanding teamwork. They are knowledgeable, professional, and know how to work with insurance companies and you to get results that are fair for all. They are great communicating with you on the status of your repair and sometimes like today they did a repair for me so quickly and perfectly, it was magical!

I brought my 1995 Toyota Tercel to them to have it repaired. They couldn't have done a better job. The repairs were paid for by the other car's insurance, and the shop kept in touch with the insurance adjustor to make sure the repairs went smoothly. They replaced my bumper and fender, and couldn't have been nicer. I had a great experience here and highly recommend them for your automobile repair needs.

I brought my car in because a piece of trim had come loose after our most recent ice storm. They fixed it for me in 15 minutes at no charge. Their front desk attendant was exceedingly pleasant, as well. When I eventually do need auto body services they have my business for life.

A superb, five-star experience in every way: 1. Glenville completed the work quickly, completely, and well. They even argued with the insurance company to get an extra tire as mine was slightly damaged in the crash. The car looks like new. 2. Great customer service. When the manager saw my car (looking great) he immediately sent it back in because the interior vacuuming (!) was not up to his standard. He also had one of his guys drive it to a tire shop for me when that work needed to be done. 3. Seems like a happy, cohesive workplace. I know not everyone cares about this as a customer, but the everyone who works at Glenville seems excited to be there. I overheard a negotiation between a mechanic and the boss about one repair that had taken longer than expected. The boss: "you be fair, and I'll be fair -- how many extra hours do you think this was?" They resolved it in 2 minutes with a laugh. Nice to see!

Super friendly staff did excellent work in almost no time, and returned my car to me in perfect condition – and spotlessly cleaned. Having to bring your car to a body shop isn't something anyone wants to do, but these folks made it a painless, pleasing experience. Highly recommended!

This place is excellent. I've been there twice for different issues and had a great experience both times. They completely re-did the front of my car after I hit a deer, and also replaced a malfunctioning fan that was staying on and draining my car battery. They explain everything to you and don't try to hamstring you like so many other places. Highly, highly recommend!
