Collins is a wonder sales person. This is the second time I got a car here at Hyundai in college park. Ebony the finance person is also super friendly and wonderful to work with. Definitely ask for Collins when you are looking for a new car you won't be disappointed!!!!!!
I bought my first new car here and let me tell you everyone at this dealership is so friendly and are always ready and willing to help with any concerns you might have. I go there to get my car serviced since I bought it there and everytime I go there everyone is super friendly especially Adam he’s in the servicing department and he always is attendant to my concerns. All I have to is Steve at the parts department was the best!!! he helped me throughout the whole process... he was very nice, courteous and friendly. If you need Hyundai parts? just ask for him! Thanks again steve! I did truly appreciated it!
I bought my car here in 2015 and I have to say the service has been A1 since day 1. I recently had an issue with my engine in which it had to be replaced. The entire process was seamless and the team was very accommodating. Thank you so much Mrs.Patti and all of the guys in the service department that helped me out.
Patty in the Service Dept. Took EXCELLENT care of me. She showed OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE considering the costly repairs that needed & had to be done. I was getting very nervous she calm me right down, got me to trust what she was doing would be beneficial for me and let her do what she so. I am so far very PLEASED with my car & I got my car back when she said it would be ready. I needed Tires, wheel bearings on the front, & TRANSMISSION. THANK YOU PATTY for an OUTSTANDING JOB & THOSE WHO WORKED WITH HER. When car need to be serviced again I will return!
I came to College Park Hyundai for recalls on my car on Saturday, May 28, 2019. When I arrived at 10:00 am I spoke to s representative and she checked in my car. Then I practically had to beg the representative for a loaner vehicle in order to make it to my doctors appointment. I was told there was no loaner vehicles available for me. After explaining to her that I’ve been to other dealerships that have provided loaner vehicles for recalls she then called enterprise in order for me to borrow a car. Other Hyundai dealership that I have been too has always provided loaner vehicles for recalls. I received a call around 3 o’clock saying that my car was ready. But I wasn’t able to make it back from my appointment before the repair garage closed so I was told to just dropped off the car in the section at the dealership with another representative and picked up my car in the front. Unbeknownst to me that they weren’t finished with my car the person that I picked up my car from said nothing. I received a call about a week later around Thursday that the parts for the recall just came in for my car. And I have to schedule another appointment to come in again. So I scheduled it for the following Saturday, May 25, 2019. When I came in I asked the representative again if there was any loaner vehicles available, I was told no again. So I then asked how long would it take this time to make the repairs on the car since I was just here last Saturday for a couple of hours. The representative then told me that it should take one hour to an hour and a half the max. I went to the customer lobby and sat down. After almost 2 hours of sitting down and waiting with no update I went back to the representative and asked her the status of my car. I was told just 30 more minutes. After the 30 minutes past and my frustration begins to grow. I went back to the representative at this point, I was very irritated and had something to do around the afternoon. I’ve been at the dealership from 930 to about 1 o’clock now. I asked her why she just didn’t give me a reasonable time. So I could’ve done what I needed to do and then come back she had no response for me. I asked her also what’s my car put on the back burner. Since I have seen two rounds of people in the lobby come in and out while. I was still there sitting waiting. Needless to say I had a terrible experience at this particular dealership and definitely do not plan to return there.
It was with an Infinite pleasure I left the college park Hyundai premises on Wednesday. I was quickly attended to by efficient professionals who made my day so joyful and wonderful and worth to be remebered. Hyundai college park offered me a rental car free and i was able to go do everything I had to for the day. All the recalls were done promptly and they even took my car to a car wash, all free of charge. Thanks Allan, Mike and all your team, you all are the best. I came to Hyundai by curiosity, I definitely will come back by conviction.
