Grieco Kia made themselves very competitive (Andrew Silverman) and thus they won my business. Mitch was extremely helpful and honest. He was probably my favorite part of the whole process. There are still some parts of the car-buying experience that I wish could be changed; like upfront pricing and less pressure to buy warranties and Gap coverage. But overall, Grieco KIA, is better than other dealers in my experience.
Tom Davis at the Grieco Kia delray is the absolute best! We came in just before their closing time just to price options. We were not expecting to buy a car tonight. Tom made it a great experience. Answered all of our questions. Didn't try to trick us into anything we can't afford. He didn't pressure us like most sales men do. He was completely honest and straight forward. Helped us out with every thing we wanted and needed. Its 2 hours past closing and he is still here working with us to ensure that we got the very best deal that we can. And we are about to pull off the lot with a new car! It has been such a great experience thanks to Tom David! We really appreciate everything!
